I implemented same with my data but i see difference in numbers. Lets say if i select particular bar the values that reflecting in decomposition tree chart differ. I am trying to analyze on percentage coloumn providing other columns in explain

Do not use it on a percentage column. Use it on a regular numeric column.

sir can we use this to replace tree map ?

No. This is for interactive exploration of data. Treemap shows you comparison by using area of rectangles. Decomposition tree is like having multiple bar charts. Not very intuitive to compare differences visually.
