Truth be told quality education is in Ghana, the primary private sector but it’s expensive. Most move children abroad because of the free tuition in the public school forgetting that the rich abroad also send their kids to private schools. If you can”t afford international school fees in Ghana don’t downplay it.

God doesn’t give money like what this lady is saying. The very problem in Ghana with mass unemployment is truthfulness, most Ghanaians lie and not trustworthy in the employment environment. Ghanaians also are picky when it comes to the employment sector. Also most of the youth nowadays in Ghana are lazy and quick trying to make money by dubious and fraudulent means that is why most people don’t want to invest money and open businesses in the country, until the people change their mindset and attitudes even if the government opens factories it will not sustain period.

A lot of those i went to school and University with in Ghana and in top positions don't have their wives and children in the country.

@@sweetbadd9852 Please, the borga days are gone. There are many Ghanaian's like me who left and do not have plans to settle in Ghana. Yes, we will always go to Ghana on holidays but will not settle there.
There are many of us now. Our parents studied in the West and went back home. Like my dad studied Law in the UK those days and was one of the top lawyers in the country. I also came over to study and secured a very good job so will not return. If i will stay in Ghana for some months in a year, then it is for consultancy.
Almost all my mates i came here to study with are still here. Our children are here, we have bought houses in the UK and Ghana.
Now, we are buying houses in Europe.
My point is that there is another part of the story which is not told. That is why the children of people like Kennedy Agyapong are still in the US.
Another interesting thing is that, his children in Ghana are not part of the economy of that country. I know exactly what is happening. My mates in Ghana, the well to do ones, are not part of the economy. They live in Ghana as if they are not there. For example they do not use the Cedi. Its sad though.

I hear a lot of Ghanaians say i travel because of my children's education/future whatever. What future do Ghanaian children born in abroad have. We really underestimate our education system when we travel. can Ghanaian children in abroad even compete with the students who came from Ghana: These students will finish and get jobs in offices whiles those born there are on the streets. So what opportunities do they talk about

There is a lot of money abroad. How are the so called borgas able to build these huge properties in Ghana after some years abroad. I know illiterates that have mansions in East Legon. Thank God for the opportunities that the diaspora offers. Some came with a few hundred dollars but are now part of the top 3 percent here in Yankee. Yes. Believe me.
