It was a sunny day in Duckburg, and Donald Duck decided to organize a family gathering in his backyard. Daisy was busy with preparations, while Gyro Gearloose tested his latest invention: a self-grilling barbecue.
Uncle Scrooge, always looking for ways to increase his fortune, sat at the garden table counting his coins again. Huey, Dewey, and Louie played tag around the pond, laughing and shouting loudly.
Grandma Duck, known for her delicious pies, had brought a large basket of goodies and was now busy in the kitchen. Even Gladstone Gander had come by, with his characteristic nonchalant attitude and charming smile.
As the sun slowly set, the family gathered around the barbecue. Donald stood proudly next to Gyro's invention, which worked perfectly and provided everyone with delicious grilled food.
"This is exactly what we needed," Donald said contentedly. "A day full of joy and family."
"And a day without bad luck," Daisy added with a smile.
Uncle Scrooge, who was usually preoccupied with money matters, visibly enjoyed the moment. "Family is more important than gold," he admitted.
With a smile, Donald looked around at his loved ones and knew this was a day to remember.
