  • A wonderfully effective strategy against movement restrictions of the neck and head. Learn to turn your head more easier, more freely, with less pain and tension. It also makes for a great little movement mediation in sitting.

This is great! As a horse rider, gentle control of the hips/pelvis is so important- a nice awareness from this, thanks 🙂

Oh such goodness! I adore your way of helping us keep the movement small by using the imagery of sitting knees,to knees. Perfect! I was there in the moment, felt the knee to knee resistance and immediately noticed the subtle pelvic high rise twist 😋
Your playfulness is such a beautiful gift. It keeps this important serious work light and joyful , helping us avoid the tensions of THINKING to hard (pun intended😄🙃😁). It allows that deep inner awareness! Love it! Love this exploration! Love your method of presentation!
My body’s sublime movements are gradually returning.

I would love for you to come to the U.S. I would suggest Arizona (no ulterior motive here :) )
I would be more then pleased to host you.
All kidding aside, do you ever think about travel seminars or something like that?

Very interesting Alfons! I love that it's so simple to do anywhere. Also I fusible that on the left side the movement is much jerkier than on the right. I also have more pain on the left, probably connected. I look forward to doing this regularly and the movement of the left side smoothing out. As you say, better quality of movement..
