- This week Mevi spent the day in my van, changing my seating area into a King Size Bed!
I loved having the U shaped seating area, however the short beds were proving tricky for my ever growing daughter and I was unable to have grown up sleep overs so I have decided to go for a fixed bed.

Kirsty cut out all the boring technical stuff, so here we go:
The mattresses are 2x Innerlig children's extendable sprung mattresses. Each are a total of 80cm wide and 200cm long. They come in segments designed to grow with the child.
The space for the bed is 184cm wide and 160cm front to back. As in the video, the mattresses fitted withways fill front to back, however with the end sections square on their sides, there is a gap of about 9cm. Angling the end sections of the mattresses helps.

Don’t diss the cushions ! Glad you’ve done something constructive, I been stuffing insulation in my back doors today, flipping freezing in Lancashire today though at least it’s currently not raining.
