People are quick to judge European countries and even Americans for not openly allowing people to do this kind of nonsense but in the end it's because of it's potential to harm innocent people either emotionally or physically. This woman's car went off on it's own and thankfully it only went a short bit before crashing into another car but THIS is why it's not ok to do this in many countries. It's all fun and games until someone is hurt or killed. Then they wish they wouldn't have messed with people this way.
