so by DCM differential back up can see all modified pages since last full backup. My question - how transaction log back up see the modified pages

my sql server 2012 64 bit cant install on my hp laptop windows 10 64 bit os
its little bit process installation but stop in 10 to 20 percent install only , take long time then also not install . I find solution on google but cant get any proper solution .I hope you help me
