Yeh company acct hai na ke bank acct. Yeh bilkul sahi hai. Bank acct mein credit ko jama karna kehte Hain jab ke company acct mein debit ko bank mein cash jama karne ko kehte hain.

Bank and Cash are 2 company *assets*
When value of an asset *increases* it is *debited*. If value *decreases* then it is *credited*
When company deposits it Cash into Bank, it ultimately reduces cash from company but increases bank balance.
Cash ↓ Bank ↑
So entry becomes
*Bank A/C Dr*
*To Cash A/C Cr*
