Can reader be installed inside elevator to restrict access for only 1 or 2 floors and rest of the floors are free to access without reader?

Yes you can do it, but inside the lift keypad no 1 and 2nd floor button free not use , only use the connection interface with the reader, when using the 2nd floor the reader, password or RFID card use for access
