The problem for the Defense is that their client is guilty AF, supported by lots of corroborated documentary evidence and many witnesses including his partner in crime David Pecker.

The claimed booking keeping has not been proven and is only a misdemeanor and that charge the statute of limitations ran out years ago, the prosecution never did say what other crime Trump supposedly committed, now the judge is going to give a jury instruction that if you just think Trump might have committed federal election violation or tax evasion or election interference via a state law. Are you even aware that the prosecution has to prove their case beyond a reasonable doubt not a if you think they committed some other crime BS. You really need to educate yourself.
The defense called their witness and all we got was "Objection" from the prosecution and "Sustained" from the judge, even before a question was even asked, absolutely swamping the testimony. That lead to the witness, a VERY experienced attorney exclaiming "Jeez!" and led to the judge to having a MELTDOWN! Clearing the court including the press in what looks like intimidating the witness. This judge is very partisan, biased and should be brought up on charges, AND disbarred. His family are making money from this, he has an interest both politically and financially to convict Trump.
