Congratulations bro, enjoy them early years with your child, I missed the first couple years and still I feel guilty for that
I love how easy it is talking to Chavo, he's honest, chill, and funny
He's not wrong. The years fly by when your a parent. It feels like I just brought my son home from the hospital and he's 15.
You left your son at the hospital for 15 years? You're a monster.
@@yammak2004 hahaha. What can I say? I couldn't find my wallet.
@@perceivedvelocity9914 🤣🤣🤣 as long as you didn't go out for cigarettes
@@yammak2004 He forgot where he parked his car at the hospital, those are some big parking lots.
@@joemckim1183 🤣
Imagine Eddie opening up a wrestling school if he didn't pass.
That school would have been amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yo the Guerrero school of wrestling 😮
I would sign up 👏👏
So much respect for Chavo for choosing family. Chris is gonna be a great dad!! Congratulations
Respect to Chavo for putting his family first. Probably the best choice he could ever make. Good luck, Chris.
Much respect to Chavo for putting family first. Always enjoyed his work, even back in WCW. I don't remember who said it, but a lot of the wrestlers once they hang up their boots and go home, they realize they've been gone so long that they become the an anomaly at home. So good for Chavo for always being there for his family.
Yeah sure that was it .dude he left because he was going nowhere. He was a jobber .
I respect that Chavo you are a real one👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿💯
Chavo is the man!!! I have nothing but respect for the guy!! All the loss and hurt he's gone through just makes you feel for him! It's amazing and good to see him doing so good for himself!!
CVV is all I could wish for if I had a chance to pick my dad. Nothing makes me more happy than to see such a great guy enjoy what it means to raise a family.
You don’t even know him lmao. That’s weird bro
The man hasn’t raised a kid yet.
That’s creepy man
Why are people liking this creepy comment? Are they all equally as creepy?
In 2007, WWE came to Spain, I saw the show live at the "Palacio de los Deportes", in Madrid. There was a Chavo Guerrero vs Chris Benoit for the U.S. title match.
I was cheering for Benoit and I said some really bad things to Chavo.
Chavo, Hermano, I take back what I said to you. You're a hell of a fighter. I didn't understand the difference between a storyline and real life, and I said some pretty strong words to you and most of the crowd, but one more time, I take back what I said to you. Thank you for all.
Lmao I was the same too. As a kid I once yelled bad slurs at the miz at a show but fast forward I realized it was all an act and he’s actually a great guy.
What slurs did u scream at him? Lool
I accept it man
With eddie natural charisma and his ability to work the crowd...I have a feeling that he could've been a iconic Hollywood star as well
Salute Chavo & Rest in peace Eddie
Man I could listen to Chavo tell Eddie stories or just stories about the business all day! Mans got a wealth of knowledge on the subject. Glad him & Chris got to chop it up & picked his brain a little.
The thing about eddie was just sad. Like yes you are a wrestler but now you're a dad. That's also a important job. I imagined he had made enough money to not have to worry about continuing to work for at least decades so why not just come home. You made your money so your family can have a comfortable life, be there for them now.
If Eddie was still alive, I could see Eddie starting a chainlink of car garages accross the country, building lowriders & custom paintjobs
Almost like West Coast Customs, but all over the U.S.
Or even starting a restaurant business
Honestly I think he would've opened a wrestling school or do What Chavo is doing now working in Hollywood as a stunt coordinator. His brother is one I believe.
This is the most wholesome CZcams video for the month.
Nice to hear from Chavo. Good interview Chris thanks as always for putting out a good show! Keeps me entertained!
Yeah, poor Chavo was the last to see Eddie and Benoit when they were still wrestling at the time before they died, despite how much it was killing them to do it. It's a shame he couldn't convince either one of them to get out of wrestling when they felt they couldn't do it anymore. Especially Benoit after Eddie died, he should've stopped in 2006.
Damn..... Yeah....it helps to take Preventative Measures, so you don't get messed up in the end.
Wishing you the best Chris!!!🎉
Chavo, gave legit advice here..
Nothing but RESPECT
It ABSOLUTELY Goes To Fast.....BUT.....What A Ride It Is! My Kids AND Grandkids are huge Rasslin Fans and I remember my own Mom telling me "That damn Wrestling must be a DNA thing" and we both just laughing to beat the band! 🤣 Quarter Million Subs Chris....Brilliant! Cheers From Ohio To The CVV Community!
Pro-Wrestling could do with an off-season. 2 or 3 months for the talent to get a break and the company to come up with fresh storylines. Perhaps it wasn’t feasible before but now it definitely is.
Absolutely. It would even help fans miss wrestling and get excited for the new season to begin.
I said something similar about the wwe2k games months maybe a year ago by this point but actually applying it to the programs themselves is an interesting concept since off-seasons aren’t a foreign concept in sports
This video showed me family is Valued over anything on the planet and Wrestlers most definitely is beneficial to date other wwe superstars or wrestlers around
Chavo comes across as such a nice guy
my friend and i mt chavo and eddie in a casino in las vegas back in 1997. they were incredibly nice to us.
One of my favorite matches is Rey Mysterio vs Chavo Guerrero 2006 No Mercy. Very underrated match
CVV you got this. Fatherhood is a blessing. As a fellow dad to 2 amazing boys, yrs 8 and 10. I will say time goes fast. Enjoy every moment, Also do not forget to help your wife as much as possible with your child but also most importantly emotionally. Post pardon is a real thing for woman
OOOOOOOOH CHAVOOOOO! I actually bump that theme music on the regular too!
The what ifs with Eddie and Benoit are rough to think about.
¡Respeto!
Chavo is in great shape
Eddie would be in AEW probably as a producer like Dean
Chavo is def one of my favorites
Chavo won, man. very happy to see him get out for his family.
Family first 🤞🏾
Chavo is great family first is very important as you won't get the time back if you miss ur kids grown up and ur on the road doesn't make sense 🎉
I miss him and Eddie when they wrestle together in WWE That was the best moments years in WWE I not Watching wrestling 10 years ago plus Today wrestlers it says washing like a Novela
I mean 20 years is a hell of a career that most wrestlers dont get AND he got to see his kids grow up. Win Win.
I would’ve bet money that he left because of the never-ending God awful segments that he had to do week after week after week with Hornswoggle in 2009
Didn't he have a feud with Sin Cara in late 2010-2011? I kinda remember that
@@hisoka8695 yeah after that he quit
Chavo should retunr back aince kids are grown up for the lwo
Wayyyy more entertaining of a person than a wrestler.
CVV I’ve a challenge for you to get a WWE hall of famer and greatest intercontinental champion of all time the honkytonk man to sit down in a relaxed setting with you and get some proper questions asked to him because you always seem to know what to ask
He’s not lying I remember Kevin nash saying out the 365 days the big stars would probably only have 65 days of rest and the other 300 they spent that time working
HBK said be quit wrestling in 2010 because he wanted to be with his son who was 9 and feared he'll turn 18 in a blink.
I get it now. We get it now.
This is how Chavo tributes Eddie. Eddie’s personal side of things
Why did I think that it was QT Marshall in thumbnail 😂
Chavito!
Chaos -"im feeling all the emotions right now"
Damn, son. What on earth could be entering that mind to also get him angry and most questionable...ho##y?
Damn Domink was right all along Lmfao
he wasn’t even used well anyway , he was like a spare part in the end
It's funny how Chavo became a director, because if I was to predict what Eddie would've done had he was still alive, he'd probably get into acting.
Eddie knew he was having heart problems when he passed
"Really appreciate you stopping by."
"Thank you man."
~Chavo gets up and walks out of his front door.~
Men are expected to work hard for their family, and then they're also punished for doing what their job requires of them. It's tough being a man. I don't think I'll ever have a family, partly for this reason.
CVV is a dad now? this is news to me
As a mexican american i fn adored eddie
But i think every race would agree that they all loved eddie just as much
He's my favorite wrestler of all time! I am a Black male. Eddie transcends race/ethnicity for me.
Who is Chavo?
His career in WWE wasn't going anywhere. I remember playing SVR 2010 and SVR 2011 and wondering:
Me: Is this guy STILL around?😮
He didn’t quit wwe let’s be honest after Eddie passing there was no need of the company keeping him around Rey mysterio on the other hand was successful. But it is what it is what makes the company money is what matters
If Eddie lived he might have gone to TNA for a lighter schedule. And if he went there then maybe Chavo, Benoit and Jericho would have gone there too. Things would have been very different for sure.
If Eddie was still around, I'd say he'd wrestle till 40 and retire after and maybe opening up a school.
I know i will get heat for this but i think if eddie was alive now hed be in aew because he was always about the smaller companies
Chavo Guerrero Jr. has kids that are 23 and 20 years old.
Put that in perspective.
My son turned 6 last year and he was wearing size 6 clothing, this year he’s wearing size 8 😢 My boys are growing so fast. As a single father I’m glad I’m seeing them grow up
I’m pretty sure Chavo was released and he bitched about it at the time.
Too bad the real truth is he didn’t leave WWE he was fired and no one wants to sign him to a contract despite him trying with every company
He asked for his release bud
Lets be honest, he left because he wasn't a main eventer, and wasn't even a strong mid-carder. He was a squash match performer by those days. The only time people were truly interested in him, was when he tagged with Eddie. I don't say it to be disrespectful, but in honesty if he was a star, he would never have left. I'm sure he made a great deal of money in WWE, so I would have done the same as him and raise my kids. I'm not going to be losing matches as Kerwin White on Velocity anymore.
Pepe for HOF
Chavo changing history lol He didnt leave wwe, he was fired for being sloppy with Sin Cara.
How do you know that? You know what happened personally?
Please Eddie was wrestling. He would never want to leave.
He probably would go to a company with a better road schedule even if it meant a pay cut. TNA or AEW
@@darkreaper8859 I don't doubt that. I just know wouldn't stop wrestling.
What are Chavo Guerrero's top 3 matches? go:
He didn’t left he got let go 😂😂😂😂😂😂☺️🥺🥺
Bro left because they didn’t resign him and had a job for him
Not gonna lie for eddie guererro being such a savage wrestler he had a weird looking wife.
I thought he was fired
He was fired
He didn’t leave he got fired
He got fired
Dropping the ECW to Kane in seconds and jobbing to Hornswoggle are reasons to quit too.
Was the WWE trying to humiliate him? Chavo could really wrestle.
@@AffectedArea It was punishmebt for being caught on camera during a TNA taping event.
Everyone "leaves" , like they didnt tell you too leave, ok.....
The dogs are in the enclosed pool area, and the side door is open.
Now you see why John cena doesn't have kids you can't be successful in this business being home an being a parent
GOD bless you all🤎Remember that the LORD is our refuge and place of safety! (Psalms 119:114)
I love you all but GOD loves you more, always remember that 🫶🏾
Kids aint got nowhere the money will come on now
Money
My ex dumped me and kicked me to the curve when I was no longer relevant .. I to say I left her (:
I'd leave to if I was losing to Hornswoggle every week
Coz he was a bang average jobber, even his own name couldn’t save him
Go sit your unathletic ass down somewhere
Tbh thsts one of the cons of the business being away from the fam the kids the wife its like seriously
That why WWE was tired of my pathetic ass
Chris the answer to your problem is easy, take the wife and kids with you. There’s no way you don’t make enough for it.
He left because WWE didn't want him.
He left because nobody cared
He got tired of jobbing out . Chavo has to realize that not everyone can be a star , not everyone can be a world champion . He just didn't have it. Sure great in the ring but just didn't have the charisma or look .
He signed up to many promotions around the country after WWE.
In the end he was a glorified Jobber.
He never had the talent Eddie had.
WWE kept Chavo employed out of pity for his dead uncle.
Wow, he's on a lot of sauce right now. Kudos!💊💉
He was playing a whit guy he didn’t have a choice
Chavo wasn’t as much into the biz after Eddie died , that’s no secret. The biz now is too centered around backstage scuffles and making UFC fighters and hip hop artists into wrestler’s. You know it’s gone downhill when you have Bad Bunny transitioning over and fighting Damian Priest.
