This worked for me when creating the Helical and Fillet.(Ben Taylor)"I increased the pitch of the thread to 3.25mm instead of 3mm. I was then able to use the 0.75mm fillet. No matter what size fillet I used (even went as low as 0.1mm) It still kept showing the same error message".

I have seen in the comments that, lot of you have faced issue while constructing the fillet for the thread. You can resolve it by choosing the "face fillet" option instead of " corner fillet ".

if you don't have 'twist along path' you should find a 'specify twist value' in Profile twist and 'Revolutions' in twist control.

i could not do also the second fillet.i resolved the issue by selecting the fillet type:face fillet, and after that selecting the 2 faces between the edge that must be filleted

when cutting the top edge of the spring using extruded cut (18:00), how did you select the reference geometry or which point did u take as the reference point . Professor, you need to limit the travel of the shaft and fix the position of the upper and lower shock mounts. The spring should be able to compress.

yes i can use circular profile for thread cutting but the design not to close the real view, but its good idea to avoid the calculation load on PC, i am using Workstation laptop with professional graphics card.
