- In this video, you'll see what it's like to experience one of the main attractions in Wellington, New Zealand's capital: the Wellington cable car. As it can be pretty busy, follow our tips to avoid crowds 😉. From the hilltop, we make it back to the Central Business District via a lovely walk through the Botanic Garden and end up picnicking at the harbourfront. To complete the tour, we visit the bank turned shopping mall.

I've been around the world with you and Gordon. Now you're in my home town. I'm glad it wasn't blowing a southerly gale this time. As we say, you can't beat Welly on a good day. I visited Beijing last year I was absolutely amazed. I walked the great wall & the Forbidden City. Also the Chinese don't have two heads if you know what i mean. I'm off to Shanghai soon.

Amazing Renata. The last time I was in Wellington we did pretty much exactly what you did! We walked the harbour then went to Te Papa museum then the next day up the cable car and walked the botanical gardens. Then to the Beehive then to the wooden cathedral. You're inspiring me to visit there again although I've been preferring Christchurch recently for a visit. So happy to see you both enjoying my country. Glenn.

@@RenataPereiraTV I have recovered from a scooter accident. I'm glad it was raining. I went down and slid 60 yards. I managed to stay in my lane. Jumped up and pushed the scooter out of traffic. I didn't feel it until 2 days later. It was like being on a slide in a Waterpark. Lol
