It's sad that a man isn't believed as easily as women these days, my husband has a big scar from when his ex took a knife to his arm when she showed up outta the blue demanding extra cash because she needed to get her nails and hair done & didn't have any money left over & he refused to give her anymore, we had gotten used to her showing up yelling and cussing, but this day she was on it, she then started threatening she wouldn't let him see their kid unless he gave her more money & he still had 2 more days with their kid and so she went to her car got out a knife that we didn't see until she came up on the porch and sliced his arm pretty bad then took off, our doorbell camera got it all recorded and once the judge saw it his ex got 2 years locked up, my husband now has full custody, but unless theirs some kind of proof men just kind of looked down on for saying they get attacked.

Actually, the gate that the "Protesters" destroyed wasn't the gate to their neighborhood, it was the gate to their private property. After destroying the closed gate, they proceeded to enter their property illegally. The McLoskys then went outside demanding that the "Protesters" leave their property because they were trespassing. In my opinion, they did nothing wrong.

I say the public is in the wrong cause they are entering private property. There was a gate which was the line to the residential home so it was trespassing, breaking and entering, destruction of private property. Also, there was Stand your ground law in Missouri where a person can be demanded to use deadly force if necessary on their own private property. I don't follow by emotion just facts and laws.

I'm from Missouri and know all about the McKlosys situation, those "peaceful protestors" broke the front gate and were trespassing on the McKlosky's Private Property. Things turned for the worse when these "peaceful protestors" started screaming obscenities at them threatening to rape the wife, kill the family dog, kill the husband and set their house on fire. The local law enforcement abandoned this neighborhood because it was too dangerous so the McKlosky's had no other option except what they did, which is perfectly legal in the state of Missouri. Missouri Gov. Mike Parson gave the McKlosky's a FULL PARDON and yet they are still being sued by the City of St. Louis. Kim Gardner who was the St. Louis Mayor at that time is 100% responsible for those riots that she stoked and Encouraged it!

Law, which means that a homeowner has a right to use deadly force to protect their home and property. The crowd had already displayed destructive intent by destroying the gate to stated private property. They didn’t need to wait to find out if the Mob was going to burn their house down. Seeing how arson was a favorite tactic during many of the riots, their actions in light of the situation were entirely reasonable. The DA who prosecuted them was actually in violation of state law, which is why the Governor stated he would pardon them before any trial was even started. The only reason why the McClosokeys’ plead guilty was to protect their livelihoods. As Lawyers, they could still practice law despite being charged with a misdemeanor. Being charged with a Felony would have suspended their licenses until the case was settled, which could have taken months. So they took the plea deal for the Misdemeanor. The Governor pardoned them, and they got to keep their law licenses.

In my state you have the right to protect your livestock land and home so you come on property around here and you won't see the gun butt you'll hear and feel it. Protest don't happen on private property around here we also have a make my day law too.
