Artists like Teenage Jesus and the Jerks and DNA made music that was stripped of all musical influence and some of the music types from No Wave broke into there own genre, such as this album for example sounds like The Contortions.
I know its No Wave and all, but what is the name and inspiration of these drums pattern and bass lines?? I am trying to find more songs that have that same vibe of... Afro Brazilian type of vibes but with an urban twist
