14:38 TLDR: maybe a 17.06% chance max given he had 4 shots due to Greg hitting 2 mines, 8.16% repeating to get it on the 2nd hit... but also Greg still had a 50/50 on his real shot which couldve been another mine that leads into a lot more math I'm not confident in to see the chance any of the 6 shots wouldve hit either of the 2 spaces for Speedy's 50/50 to guarantee his win.
MATHS (that may not be 100% correct): Since there are 25 open spaces left and Greg hit 2 mines that each make 2 shots, PLUS the fact that there is "no replacement" meaning each shot removes a an option on the board, thus increasing the chance for each subsequent shot to hit the target, it's a simple addition of conditional probability:
1/25 + 1/24 + 1/23 + 1/22 = 17.06%
Getting it in only 2/4 shots like he did would just be 1/25 + 1/24, which is less than half of that at 8.1666...%...
EDIT: This may all be wrong since you might have to subtract by each multiple, but idk how much of it to do since it should still be a higher than a 4/25 (16%), but subtracring all combos gives a

Greg hit 2 mines, there were 24 spaces on his field, so 4 in 24 or 1 in 6 (16.667%).
Nope, there's 25 empty spaces and it's picking them off 1 by 1 without replacement, so that probability goes up after every miss.
I go into the math in another comment (and also explain why what i didnt isnt completely right either so my following estimates are a little high as well), but your method puts it at only 16% (4/25), whereas the actual probability is 17.06% (I think). Barely above your guess, but you also got the setup wrong and would've been off by over 1% total
