Jesus I've been trying to remember the name of this movie for so looong. I saw the trailer in theaters waaaay back in the day and was creeped out.

I still enjoyed it, but I do recognize the issues it has.
As someone who has never seen the first movie, wasn’t stupid so obviously knew it was about shallow men making perfect women, it was a good movie! There was still a twist and it was worth watching. Loved it
In the broader sense it is about crushing individuality, thought and choice while fostering conformity and consensuses at all costs.

I know both have some differences but I can tell that Jordan Peele was inspired by the original film of The Stepford Wives.

That's actually the other way around. Both Stepford Wives movies were made long before Get Out, or Key and Peele, just to let you know where Jordan Peele was at the time
I think it's like a film satirizing an Oxford-educated wife like that famous Japanese woman.
The title reminds me of the film "Made in Dagenham", 2010 British comedy-drama film directed by Nigel Cole and starring Sally Hawkins, Bob Hoskins, Miranda Richardson, Geraldine James, Rosamund Pike, Andrea Riseborough, Jaime Winstone, Daniel Mays and Richard Schiff. It dramatises the Ford sewing machinists strike of 1968 that aimed for equal pay for women（from Wikipedia）.

Just because it’s obvious what’s going to happen doesn’t mean it’s not good. The titanic was a hit and it couldn’t of been more obvious what was going to happen.
And anyway it still has a twist at the end that I didn’t see coming

On its own, it's an ok movie with mediocre performances. Compared to the 1975 original, it just proves how useless remakes can be.

Like BBC during the covid-COVERT-19 crisis! i.e: PROGRAMMED. The original movie was miles better BTW. All these remakes are generally AWFUL. Modern times!
This was a horrible remake of a horror classic and the trailer and the movie itself doesn't even try to hide the fact that they are robots poorly programed by ignorant men so there's no twist.
