This Justice look is older than 2015, he wears this in Civil War!
oh absolutely, my point was the box says 'New Warriors Justice' and its that volum of New Warriors he is wearing the outfit, also the photo on the ML box is from those issues. Were both right
Is the white stripe under his belt line from that era? I don’t recall it being there in the kdb/Pérez run on avengers where this suit debuted?
I didn’t know he and firestar called it quits :( loved them in Busiek and Perez’s Avengers run.
At least this version isn't permanently trapped in his suit like Vance Astro
We all know the critiques here, and they’re valid: Wrong costume, pins, lack of accessories, overpriced, etc, etc. I can’t help it, though. I really like this figure. I love the head sculpt, I love the innovation with the cape, I don’t mind the pins (never have), and if I’m being honest? Even though this is the wrong costume, I like it better than most of his classic looks. Besides, we all know that it’s only a matter of time before Hasbro announces a classic New Warriors multi-pack or box set. That’s just how they roll.
I totally agree with you 100%! And for me, my favorite costume of justice is this one, i think he has more style with it.
Agree and what matters is that we can enjoy the figure as it is.

Lot of critiques from persons will ending buying this figure one way or another.
The issue of pins is, that figures with pins will be update without them.
@LosMSR I mean people don't have to buy every updated figure just because it's pinless. The pins don't bother me as much as others (especially for figures in flight poses) but I do appreciate the sturdiness of the pinless
@@LosMSR i do understand that, but for me the pins don't bother me at all, so i'm not gonna go grab the same figure, because it's pinless, but i understand that for collectors that like to pose their figures and take pictures that the pins may be less good for the esthetics!
I don't mind the pins. Makes it easier to kitbash for customs.

Great headsculpt, that's the best of this figure.
Does the blue on justice match up with the Multiple Man blue and / or the X-man nate grey blue? I may swap some feet if they do.
The way this cover turned out is perfect if they made an updated version of Visão Branco!! It's similar to Thor, Herald of Thunder's cape!!
I’ll always take the more modern look over the old school but for the sake of building a team, I wish they would’ve did his old school look for you guys.
Hasbro should had done the connected cape thing with that white vizion figure.
It's a weird thing that they have his legs and arms in pinless but chose to do it in pinned. He out of the four of this wave I got is the only one unable to do a middle split. But his head sculpt is great.

Does the head fit on the Gambit body?
Let me guess, there was a capacity issue with using the pinless Sunfire arms and legs for this figure. 3:35 I think the cape looks good, as long as the torso is aligned correctly at the upper chest. Wouldn't surprise me if some have a huge gap there.
The OG Warriors Nova is actually the red “Kid Nova” look, which I believe just released as an exclusive to Marvel Unlimited digital subscribers? Same body as the “classic” Nova you had in the NW line up, but in red bodysuit, bare arms. Easy custom to make, tho.
And a better Avengers comparison line up would be with the Sean Chen designed Iron Man from the Marvels/TAHulk wave, as that is the armor Tony wore in Avengers when Vance and Angelica were on the team. Not sure we got a Pérez specific Cap look for Steve in that run?
(And while I’m nitpicking, a better box line up flow would have been Vision-Justice-Namorita-Namor. And how long has it been since we got holographic Vision? ToyBiz ML7 Jolly Rancher Viz? Then we would have two “clear” figures, which would be right next to each other in that wave profile!)

Do you have the headsculpts for Beast or Angel in the O5 box set? Maybe those will fit, and the shade of blue will match for his retro look.

@brainlock72 Yes. Those were done during the lowest of Marvel legends. But a good custom of the face will do. Beast has a decent face, but I think he has a bigger face

As you always say, it's about the mind's eye version and for me, this is what Justice looks like. Well, not exactly but this almost the same as his Kurt Busiek and George Perez era Avengers costume which is honestly to me his most iconic look and versatile look. He still hung with the Warriors in addition to being an Avenger in that era, and of course that later era where he was an instructor for Avengers academy and part of the new New Warriors.
I am actually far more miffed about Namorita and particularly they did a first appearance New Warriors version of Nova but almost nobody will get it because it was only for people with some subscription.
I'm all for more JUSTICE, he's one of my favorites, I want all his looks but if this is the only Justice we ever get (likely), then this costume is pretty much what I would've chosen.
Now can we get an Ultragirl figure??
