- Rajya Sabha chairman & Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar Tuesday reacting to the video of TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee's mimicry of him, said that it was ‘ridiculous & unacceptable’. TMC MP Kalyan Banerjee was seen mimicking Dhankar during a protest over suspension of MPs in the Parliament premises earlier today.

BTW, doesn't your high standards apply to Modi when he makes "didi o didi" cat-calls or when he names Sonia Gandhi as 50 crore girlfriend or Congress ki vidwa. Also what happened to the Vice President when Biduri openly abused another parliamentarian. There were senior BJP MPs sitting behind and laughing when it was unfolding. Did he lecture anyone on this? That abuse was not meant as a joke. Even PM Modi has done mimicry on several occasions. Watch Ravish Kumar's editorial to see the video footage as proof. The problem is certain people only wake up when BJP starts screaming and shouting. At other times, they are sleeping.
