- 200g Spinach, 100g Mince Pork
- 2 small red Chilies, 2 small green chilies or 4 small red chilies
- 4 gloves garlic
- 1 shallot
Others
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white/black pepper
- 100ml water
- Vegetable Oil
