As a 30 year hard-core mountain biker, I find your review quite helpful. I love my mountain bikes but at 70 I am getting more interested in electric help. And the cargo rack is beyond cool and into useful. Many Thanks!
It's nice to get a review on e-bikes from you - we can expect you to be honest about it, and since you are riding it to and from work, we get a different perspective than most that are just riding recreational on their bikes. The cargo ability of this speaks volumes - so many have racks that are flimsy at best and need to be reinforced, where the integrated racking on this eliminates all of those worries. Food for thought now - thanks!!
I know it isn't a Diesel Video, those will be back in the very next video. I love bicycles though and this is a fun bike. If you are interested in the ADDMOTOR M-81 check out the manufacturer's link here: bit.ly/AdeptApeAndAddmotor and use AA at checkout for $80 off. Thanks for watching.
A Horne should sound like a Horne so other people on a trail or sidewalk know what they’re hearing. If people don’t know what a noise is, they won’t know to be careful like they would if they heard a Horne.
Cool, I'll take a look. And for me, your being a mechanic makes your review much more palatable than most reviews. Not once did you tell us how cute it was or how it made you feel, Thank you.

Due to the instability in our energy sector, It could become necessary to be able to get around your area and gather supplies, wood, food, water, etc. With an electric bike or scooter and an off-grid solar means of charging it, you are not dependent on the grid or on fuel.
The "center of gravity" is more a function of the rider than the bike, my experience with bikes with a lower bottom bracket (pedal shaft) is the pedal can hit the ground of fast curves.
The "other bike" the Velowave has over 1,000 miles on it right now and has made it through the entire winter, still running well. This ADDMOTOR M-81 has a Samsung Brand battery so it should hold up pretty well, but time will tell. I'm going to go ride it pretty soon today.
last year I just got back into cycling... I forgot how much I love it. I'm still a traditionalist and have a real soft spot for vintage bicycles, my two current rides are my dads 1976? not 100 percent on the year Raleigh Grand Prix road bike...... the thing is fast gets a lot of comments and head turns and my new ride I just recently picked up a 1973 Raleigh Sports internally geared hub 3 speed cruiser. I cant wait to put some more miles on the cruiser this year It should also draw some attention from the other cycling nerds out there lmao only put about 20 miles on it so far and it's a blast
@@AdeptApe lol definitely. Good stuff man love your videos and knowledge that you share with us thank you and keep up the good work man I definitely have subscribed and got notifications on
It would definitely fit someone over 5'9" no problem. It is a 20" tire bike so if you played in the NBA, probably going to be a little small for you though.

Hmmm, never considered how an electric bike made me feel before. Just the facts, as a famous detective would say.
Next video: Caterpillar C0.5 swap the ebike.
Been thinking about a bike, good to see a review by someone I trust. Stay safe.
Thank you so much for this nice video of the #Addmotor #GAROOTAN M-81 ebike. Love it so much!!!😍
Not what I expected, but the thoroughness in each metric was exactly what I expected a mechanic to quantify.
Hey Thanks.
Thanks for the review, Josh, and that's a nice CAT jacket you're wearing.

I agree, the horn is strange, it's nice they add one, but I think they should have worked on how it sounds.

Get some saddle bags, and with careful tool selection, you could do field service calls😜
Love the hy-tran black and red 5 gallon bucket. Why does a cat man have a suspicious case ih looking bucket in his garage hahaha
WHAT????? No “E-Bike destruction of the week” segment?? 😁

Sweet bike
This is the ADEPT Ape channel, the diesel ape channel
i thought your favorite color would of been black and yellow
I like the green
Rented a bike with that shifter. Liked it better.
My dog does NOT like the horn. When you hit the button he shot up and ran to the bedroom. 🤣
Our dogs were not fans either.
Curious to see the 1 yr review...or the other bike, particularly how well the battery holds up.

Is the rack strong enough for a CAT 6 cylinder head, or only a 4?
Nice
Hmmm, might be thinking about selling my Phatmoto for one of these.

ironically also a mechanic.....on cars tho lmao
Searching for the best cheap AWD ebike.
That is a nice bike.
I can see double kickstand this
Kinda cruel! We’re still a.. deep in snow here!
Still rather have a a Trail 90
So, e-bikes or e-trks…your choice, don’t blow the turbine!
So is it a 3406e or c-15 or c15
I think that would be a motorcycle then, and one heck of one at that.

Is this bike sponsored a biased review.
I was sent the bicycle, but was not paid to give a biased review. I did a fair review on it in my opinion.
@@AdeptApe If you kept the bike you was paid 1800 bucks 🤣🤣🤣
