I mean: he said he saw the movie before the official premiere, and now there's a video presuming him to be "devastated" after he saw the movie for the first time. Quite out of context. Anyway, TLJ was disappointing in many ways, but it's still far better than AOTC, and I really really like how they managed to get Luke "back" . If you prefer "badass Luke" it's fine, but it's childish to reduce a character only to a "guy wielding a saber and do badass things". This movie has at least some bit of humanity in shaping old Luke. Nothing to do with the old EU.

I almost loved Mark's pissing on the Last Jedi as much as the movie itself. It was a fun movie, but it had major flaws. His honesty is just so refreshing especially coming from a franchise that has such an obsequious following and an industry that desperately wants to fuel that zealous devotion. Mark just won't have it. He's the kid who has to say the emperor has no clothes. Awesome! Keep it up, Mark!

Jumping into Sarlacc Pit must be more enjoyable.
I was expecting the scene to play out with photoshopped Marks head on vader throwing Rian emperor into the pit.
And people say that one person can't make a difference. One man ruined the most popular franchise in history. How inspiring.

Mary sue and emo ren go in a journey to find the truth on who is behind the destruction of star wars, on the search they find a terrible truth, kathleen kennedy is sith lord, the one they've been looking for. After realizing their worst fears became true, they go in a quest to find her aprentice, rian johnson, the man who gave star wars a final blow.

You can't act this type of emotions, those were real. Real pain, hate, anger. He was about to kill this little shit sitting next to him.

I'm kool with some people loving and praising this highly divisive film... We live in democracies here in the West so, live and let live (and Hamil IS right by the way... It's ONLY a movie! Not some damn philosophy on Life!!!)
Personally, I think this film has a whole plethora of issues... So much so that I'm actually not pumped up anymore by this Disney reboot. Force Awakens was an above average film... But still way below par to the classic trilogy. And this film has definitely taken the franchise in the WRONG direction.
Again... Opinions... All opinions... But still... It is worth taking note of Hamil's reaction here... He's clearly not happy... He's been feeding us subtle hints about these Disney reboots... HIS opinion carries some gravitas with me... And should do with ANY Star Wars fan worth their salt!
So, even if you genuinely did like the film... Good for you! Just please remember to respect that many others didn't... Including this franchise's KEY actor... Mark Hamil.

if you watch mark Before the last jedi premier he was EXCITED he was dancing (literally) and legitimately excited.... this was After he seen the finished product.... my opinion is they didn't tell him they (Kennedy and Rian) were planning on killing him i think mark thought they would kill Luke at the start or middle of the last movie, Kennedy didn't like Mark being so "negative about his character" and decided to shut him up
I don't hate the movie I just found it disappointing what they doing with all the characters and potential with them and they ruined it
