Why do things half way? I used to disappear into the Superstitions for days at a time. Wonderful hobby if you just really don't like people in large numbers or for extended periods.
BTW, if you are way back in the Superstitions off the trails and feel that you are being watched, you probably are. Good time to obviously NOT be a treasure hunter or prospector. If you suddenly feel that you shouldn't be someplace, time to turn around and be elsewhere. If you return to camp and it seems like somebody went through everything, you are probably right. If you think that you saw somebody out of the corner of your eye, you probably did. If this sounds like BS, you either aren't far enough off the trails, or you are not paying attention.

@@kevincrosby1760 You should try the Black Canyon City Trail north of the Valley.....That and Badger Springs, which is a little further north.......I've never done Superstition because I'm in the west valley, but I've thought about it a lot. Glad you're enjoying the great outdoors!

    • @kevincrosby1760
      @kevincrosby1760 Před 2 lety

@@arizonaunplugged-neilbrook9509 Unfortunately, the last 37 years have not been kind to me, and I'm afraid that my days of long hikes in adverse conditions are behind me, but I am working on it.
As far as the reputation that the Superstitions have for being the home of some sort of supernatural forces that kill people, I have a much simpler theory. Those mountains were considered sacred by the natives long before white people arrived. Still a lot of Native Americans who STILL consider them so. Not outside the bounds of possibility that some still take steps to protect what is (rightfully) theirs. Ghosts and spirits don't leave footprints when they follow you down a canyon.
I spent all of that time so far in seeking peace and clarity, for lack of better terms. I'd find a shady spot and just sit there. Once you can get "real life" out of your head, it's really amazing how interesting a little lizard on a rock pile can be...literally hours of entertainment.
Apparently this was considered "appropriate" behavior, as I was watched but never felt threatened. More guarded than anything. Noticing footprints over yours on the way back out tends to confirm the "watched" feeling. Found same prints in my campsite. This was a normal part of my times spent in there.

The bed is based on a traditional Korean ondol heating system, so it warms the floor. If you look at Korea's jjimjilbang culture (Korean sauna culture), it is believed that when you are sick or fatigued, you can keep your health by lying on the hot ocher floor and sweating. And above all else, the floor of that bed is hard, so you need a separate soft and thin mat or thick duvet. In Korea, such a bed is also a symbol of the rich.

Please come to our country and open factory making different clay aritical, larger pot to keep grain and this bed.
Do you know what is in demand . The larger tiles of six ft with holes for fittings.
Same shape as cement sheets but cement sheets is very hot compared to clay.
You spread it on cement sheets, you let it dry after drying cook it .
You make slight tip on top as ....cup of handle ....to pass iron wire in it, because in the cyclonic conditions, wind can blow it, so we need to attach , with wires.
If you will see how in Bharat we fix cement sheets on home, you will understand , we use rubber to block leakage from scerw .
Another suggestion you can think making edges to block the water from joint of sheets.
In Bharat also we have invoveted various pot and articles.
We must exchange and make better useful articles.
We have free raw material in Bihar.
    Very nice. Thanks a lot.
Indian and Arab will appreciate this bed, when it's very hot, people can pour water on it sleep, it's very cool.
    Namh shivay.

для профилактики можно 10 минут полежать погреть кости, но без матраса ты на утро позвоночник выплюнешь через нос.
