Amazing thank youâŠdid the unplug for 60 sec replaced batteries and now itâs fixed! Realised if you just replace batteries it does not work at all unless you turn off and unplug TV đ€
9/30/23 taking out batteries and pushing every button WORKED!!! Thanks

could this be an issue with the tv? i recently bought many diffrent remotes to my sharp tv and none of them worked (i tried to unplug the tv, put new batteries etc.)

Changed batteries reset TV when pressing remote LED on TV flashes but the TV DOES NOT RESPOND reseting the TV ONLY WORKS FOR A WHILE

@@JuanCamacho21 you really saved my day because the red light button I had seen on the side of the on button which I never would see I am pressing to on the the Television which was not working but as you said press each and every button on remote which I did and while pressing #1 button I saw the red light was off and there I was so happy to go on my Netflix đ once again thank you so much

The fact that this is clearly an issue that so many people have WHY THE F does this happen. I had a Sony 22 inch tV since 2012 and this was never a damn problem
I still cannot get the button called "The button for the Quick setup menu" to turn off. Every action I do with the remote the menu says somthing describes volume and even talks over mute! Heeellllpppp. I unplugged it, took the batteries out and pressed every button several times to make sure none were stuck.

Wats the website I could get a new sharp remote
I tried all of those methods and none of them worked. I can only turn my sharp smart tv on manually. There are no volume or channel controls on the tv so U cannot even factory reset it. What a headache!!!
