- World's top oil users, India and China, continue to ramp up import of discounted Russian crude oil. According to the latest International Energy Agency report, India and China bought as much as 80% of the oil that Moscow exported in May. India has increased its Russian crude purchases from almost nothing to close to 2 million barrels per day. Russian oil exports are witnessing a boom despite Western sanctions. Well that's way China and India have forced Russia to give them large discounts....Russia had not enoudh buyers so they are selling their oil very cheap and pay (budget) a very high price for that. Probably Russia has no alternatives. It has notihing to do with "friends".

The western countries who're supplying military wespons to Ukraine have no moral, politocal and economic power to question India. It's economic adjustment till BRICS currency is printed.
