- Tea is one of the most popular drink of all time worldwide.Sri lankan tea has a very high demand among most of the top level tea manufacturing countries.Due to the weather and climatic condition in my little beautiful country and following of the proper guidelines in the production, our tea seems to have a good state in the world market
The areas where tea is cultivated in sri lanka can be mainly categorized in to two as,upcountry and low country. Though the upcountry tea has a most precious odour, the tea in low country has a most precious odour,an astonishing colour, a brilliant taste which is mostly preferred by the foreigners and also do have a very high nutritional value too.The reason for this is the matured condition of the soil and the weather condition as the tea specialists say.
As i am someone living in the low country being surrounded by a tea plantation,made me think to do a video on tea.Me and my brother had planned a long time,just for this video.We thought to bring you the formation of a tea branch to a plant,plucking tea leaves and after that the manufacturization process inside a tea factory to the industrial level as summary.In this video we'll show how to make green tea with different flavours at home.
We have been working hard for a several months to make this video for you all.In the beginning you can see 'Maya' in few video clips.We also had a great help with our dad.And there's something to be said to you all that, our father is a tea planter in proffesion.The plantation of dad became the best plantation in the this area for several times.
For the purpose of drinking there are various tea types which are being called by different names as black tea, green tea, and herbal tea. In addition to that there are many types of tea which are so special with very high taste.The price of those are very high.
I don't think that the benefits of drinking tea shouldn't be again told for you all...young adult both knows it well.Mainly the benefits of tea are as an energy drink and as a body stimulant,also burning calories,and tea has many benefits such as heart health,reducing the risk of diabetes,helping to strengthen bones, facilitating digestion of food and reducing cancer danger are some.
In this video the main aim me and my malli(brother) was to to give a sort of an introduction of 'Sri lankan Tea' to the world.So Sri Lankan tea is the best tea and the finest tea.I am very happy that my father is a partner in the tea production and also i am inviting each and every foreigners to taste the Sri Lankan tea at least once.You will be wondered by the taste 🙂

ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ තේ වගා කරන ප්‍රදේශ ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන් 'උඩරට හා පහතරට' ලෙස කොටස් දෙකකට වෙන් කරන්න පුලුවන්.උඩරට තේ වල උසස් රසයක් ඇති අතර පහතරට තේ වල රසය,සුවඳ,පාට මෙන්ම ගුණදායක බව අතිනුත් උඩරට තේ වලට වඩා තරමක් ඉදිරියෙන් තමයි තියෙන්නෙ.ඒකට හේතුව විදියට පහතරට කලාපයේ තියෙන දේශගුණික තත්ත්ව වගේම පසේ ස්වාභාවය බලපාන බව තමයි තේ පරීක්ෂක වරුන්ගෙ මතය.
ඉතිං පහතරට කලාපයේ තේ වගාවක් වටකරගෙන ජීවත් වෙන මට හිතුනා ශ්‍රී ලාංකේය තේ ගැන වීඩියෝවක් කරන්න ඕන කියලා.මමත් මල්ලිත් මේ වීඩියෝව කරන්න ගොඩක් කල සැලසුම් කරා.තේ අත්තක් පැලයක් බවට වර්ධනය කරගෙන තේ දළු නෙළීම දක්වාත් ඉන් අනතුරුව කර්මන්ත ශාලාව තුල සිදුවන ක්‍රියවලිය සංක්ෂිප්තව ගෙන එන්නත් විවිධ රසයෙන් යුත් Green tea ගෙදරදීම සාදාගන්න හැටිත් අපි ඔයාලට පෙන්නන්න තීරනය කරා.මාස කීහිපයක් තිස්සේ අපි මේ වීඩියෝව හදන්න මහන්සි උනා.අපි මුලින් ගනිපු වීඩියෝ වල මායා ඉන්නව ඔයාලට දකින්න පුලුවන්. අපිට තාත්තගෙනුත් ලොකු සහයෝගයක් ලැබුන.ඒ වගේම ඔයාලට කියන්න ඕන අපේ තාත්තා වෘත්තීයෙන් තේ වැවිලි කරුවෙක්.තාත්තගේ තේ වගාව කිහිප වතාවක්ම පිටිගල ප්‍රදේශයේ හොදම තේ වගාව ලෙසත් නිර්දේශ උනා.
පානය කිරීම සඳහා නිශ්පාදනය ආකාරය මත විවිධ නම් වලින් හඳුන්වන තේ වර්ග තියෙනවා.Black tea,green tea,herbal tea ඒ අතුරින් ප්‍රධාන වෙනවා.ඊට අමතරව ප්‍රනීත රසයක් ඇති විශේෂයෙන් නිශ්පාදනය කරන තේ වර්ගත් තියෙනවා.ඒ තේ වල මිලනම් ඉතාම ඉහල අගයක් ගන්නවා.
තේ පානය කිරීම නිසා ලැබෙන ප්‍රතිලාභ ගැන මම අමුතුවෙන් ඔයාලට කියන්නෙ ඕනෙ නෑනෙ..ලොකු පොඩි හැමදෙනාම ඒ ගැන දන්නවා..ප්‍රධාන වශයෙන්ම ශක්තිජනක පානයක් ලෙසත්,ශරීර උත්තේජකයක් ලෙසත් ඊට අමතරව කැලරි දහනය,හදවත් නීරෝගී කිරීමටත්,දියවැඩියා අවධානම අඩු කිරීමත්,අස්ථි ශක්තිමත් කිරීමට උදවු වීමත්,ආහාර ජීරණය පහසු කිරීමත්,පිළිකා අවධානම අඩු කිරීමත් වශයෙන් ප්‍රතිලාභ ගොඩක් තේ පානයෙන් අපිට ලැබෙනවා.

Ceylon tea is about my favourite and here's why
1. It makes great black tea which I love and also green white and even oolong although no pu-erh the popularity of that may have increased but will never be high as a good black for the flavour anyway
2. Ceylon black tea is strong enough to be bold although not so course so that you have tomput milk in it. In fact unlike masala chai or English Breakfast which use cheap tea that needs milk Ceylon black tea is actually better without it especially if it's a loose leaf one that's high grown while still being strong and bold and not too much for the system or digestive tract at all. More of it can be found loose leaf as well though some is in teabags
3. Even cheap pure Ceylon tea in teabags is better than better than most cheap breakfast tea blends sold in the supermarkets
4. It is so versatile that you can even milk some of them if you want to
