Sadly if the 3rd party is in a weaker position, most will sympathize and call the main person heartless. There was a heated debate a few years about a guy in a committed relationship who lost his best childhood friend, the widow was part of their childhood and was also a bestfriend. Anyway, out of consideration to the widow's grief and reaction to seeing happy couples, he'd have her go over to his house that he shares with his girlfriend and they'd grieve together whenever his girlfriend wasn't home. He'd even take down all couple stuff including their photos. Some people thought he was understanding and others called his girlfriend heartless when she got upset about how it was handled. Others even said there must be something wrong with the girlfriend since he chose to grieve with the widow.
I would have divorced him ASAP too--taking care of another woman is not his responsibility.
darnned right girl is not his bussiness he is married his wife is his only woman to care for.
So what, it's not a place for a husband to take care of others, why not her own family?

Hell no. If he’s spending time and holding hands with another woman, might as well just move in with her. No sense in staying married to a man who doesn’t remember where he lives and who he needs to prioritize. She’s nicer than I would’ve been. Anything I couldn’t sell I’d burn or throw in the garbage.

is it common in China for men to take care of and spend time with other women like this and not consider it cheating? I've watched a lot of these clips and it seems that men spend crazy amounts of time and money on women not their wives/gfs even spend days away from home and then be offended when questioned about it. Is this truly common in China or is this just for the writers to create drama? seems a bit unrealistic to me.
