I love it how Paul, Adam, and Philo are introducing themselves to Andrew in the beginning. I’m sure he was thinking “I know who you are. 😂 It is cool to see the pros being humble and courteous even though anybody familiar with disc golf would definitely know who they are.

This was great commentary. The experience Philo brings to the box makes simple explanations great to listen to.
The way Philo perfectly described each hole and the best strategy precisely while the drone tracked was awesome.
Wow, after his drive on hole 1 I was like - whoah! this kid can play, then hole 9 happened... this Miranda dude will be one to watch for sure. Awesome start.
Andrew is freaky good. Kid has game, nuff said! Keep your eye on him the next couple years ;) Like I said he's our local hero!

yeah, that is awkward. If you roll back like that, well you gotta make the mando again, but how is it a fail... Makes no sense...
@@VojtechRozsival we have to change our way of thinking from "mandatory route" to "restricted space". A lot of mando's are in place to protect areas from flying discs, so conceptually its still the same. What it's called needs to be updated to reflect that.
I have to say the production has greatly improved! It's great you seem to have listened to the criticism and took steps to improve the coverage. I have no complaints. I think Nathan Queen and Chandler Fry did a good job on commentary, however Ian and Philo are on another level. Keep it up!
I think Jomez is a 100% better coverage. The commentary on this round seemed incredibly dry and boring. Seems like their trying to be too professional.

Paul's influence on the game is so apparent these days. I see a lot of young guns emulating his putting style. Even the little foot waggle!

@@troymiesner6133 because money is doing bad things in the world of disc golf. From my understand this happened during a contract negotiation with Jomez. Which I think really sucks. Jomez is WAY better coverage. This commentary is so stale, and feels like their trying too hard to be "professional".
Where is all the other coverage or did DGPT do the usual DGPT thing 🤦♂️

I do not comment very often. BUT! As soon as I hear this is Ian, I am hooked!! Dude, dont know you from Adam, but love your style. Combined with Philo, unmatchable smoothness. :) Disc golf has come so far in the last 30 years, but you two have had a lot to do with the success.

This coverage is boring, stale, and lacking any character. They are trying WAY too hard to be like ball gold TV coverage. Jomez is better at every aspect of presentation.

On the Mando rule on the 1st hole. Everybody agrees with you from Estonia. It is a stupid rule, you make a mando and then roll back the other side over the mando line. What a super silly new rule.
