The playoffs this year has really taught me the importance of kickers
And can you believe there are people who want to abolish the field goal? There’s something so satisfying about that kick sailing through the uprights, so heartbreaking about seeing it sail just wide. It’s what the playoffs are all about. I hope field goals never go away.

As a Tampa Native and lifelong Bucs fan (40 yrs.) I'm proud of the way they came back and the season we had. A little disappointed in the defense on the final drive. The Bucs entered this game with so few healthy receivers on the roster that they had to elevate practice squad tight ends and move them to WR. Half the o-line was gone as well. And Brady still would have managed a 27-3 comeback if Bowles didn't draw up a cover zero in the last 30 seconds of the game when the Rams have no timeouts.

As a KC fan, I have to admit Stafford is a beast. It's good to see him on a team that will let him finally shine. I felt bad for him when he was with the lions. Just like I feel bad for Lawrence for getting stuck with the Jags. Patrick Mahomes had the best gig a player could have the year he was drafted, got to sit behind a somewhat good QB until Reid decided to give Patrick a shot with that high octane offense and he lit up the league. I was so excited to see my chiefs become a power house for the first time in my life.

I hated his father. There were a lot of people around me who didn't know the rule, but I think a lot were mad just because they disagreed with the rule. Weddle knew the rule and used it to be dirty. I'm both pissed and impressed.

That was an exciting down to the wire contest. This is why I love the NFL. It will be fun to see an all-California battle in the NFC title game. If the Rams win it will be crazy that they will be at home for the Super Bowl

No, that distinction goes to the Bucs for commiting the two cardinal sins on defense when a team is driving with little time and no timeouts....give up the sideline and deep ball. They did both, two plays in a row to give up the fg. Keep the ball in bounds in front of the safety's game goes to OT. I'd fire Bowles for that.
I have no idea how or why the Bucs secondary let him run free down the field virtually wide open...how do you not double team him? and how do you give up that long a pass play knowing the Rams TO situation

This was one of the few times that Brady didn't achieve a successful comeback and the opposing team made all the mistakes you're not supposed to make against him yet still win. Great job LA.

He was down to 2 active WRs on the roster in the 4th Q dog. Cameron BRATE was playing in the slot. Down 27 to 3 late in the 3rd Q. Brady tied the game with 40 secs left and the coaches threw the game away.

Def was consistently out of position. Had miscommunication errors. Terrible scheme. Bad situationally. Got 0 pressure. Terrible coverage. Some how forced 3 fumbles (4th was unforced imo). Arians doesnt even attend offense or defensive meetings. You could argue thats a good thing because he is such an idiot but then why would you need them in the first place?

Craziest game I’ve ever watched
It's pretty insane how the Rams were giving the game away. It goes to show how next week will be so important especially since the 49ers came back to beat them. But one of the best games I've seen till date, and I thought TB12 would actually pull it off.

As a lifelong Lions fan, I knew the Rams were going to win as soon as they got the ball back. Stafford under pressure with time left on the clock is when he's the most dangerous. I've seen it time and time again in Detroit.
Yeah , imagine if Stafford has decent O-line and competent coaches. I watched him wasted most of life playing for Lions. Glad that he plays with decent roster and coach.

These games were absolutely insane. The best football I've watched in years. Clutch plays and walk off scores. You couldn't ask for more
It was a good game, but the Rams were playing dirty. During the first five minutes of this highlight reel, I saw one try to kick a Bucs player in the groin (that prompted the first penalty in the reel). Then, one of the Rams players looked like he was trying to put Bucs player 13 (I don't know his name or position) in a chokehold after a tackle, but released it as soon as he thought he was spotted, maybe.
The Bucs acted pretty poorly during the first half, but I couldn't really blame them for reacting the way they did. This was another one for the ages, though. I just wish it hadn't been so ugly, and I say this as a Chiefs fan.

I really thought the Rams were going to blow the game after blowing the lead. The Rams have broken fans’ hearts throughout the team’s history in Los Angeles. I was a big fan as a kid back in the Chuck Knox days. Deacon Jones was my fave player. I stopped caring about the Rams when they moved to St. Louis.

The Rams did everything they could to give the game away. 4 fumbles all coming at huge times and at horrible field positions. The Bucs defense was so much better in the 2nd half, only to leave the triple crown WR wide open twice in the final minute. Bucs had the comeback of a lifetime and blew it
