Well it also depends on how you use it too, if you're full on pulling cones one after the other, yeah you'll damage your lungs is more so what I meant, anything in too high of a consumption is a bad thing, just look at sleep, too much of it and you wake up drowsy, moderation is key as well as vaping it, makes it a lot easier on your lungs too so you can still get baked and go for a run or lift firewood

Angelica, weed is not bad for you, it's bad for your lungs sure but I workout all the time on weed and it honestly helps with my cardio, I understand that not everyone will be that way but me personally I can go for like 3-4 tokes and still go for a run

Well it also depends on how you use it too, if you're full on pulling cones one after the other, yeah you'll damage your lungs is more so what I meant, anything in too high of a consumption is a bad thing, just look at sleep, too much of it and you wake up drowsy, moderation is key as well as vaping it, makes it a lot easier on your lungs too so you can still get baked and go for a run or lift firewood
