You’re right, my weakness is my right shoulder tear, I didn’t want surgery, so I worked on those set of muscles. I was crazy in pain & now I’m doing 30 pounds more, my fitness has gone from 45 to 90 mins, now at the middle of December 2023, I started my 2 hours, failed a few days, but I decided, get more motivation. I am building myself up, I saw how a little motivation each day helps me go along way. Now for my last 2 weeks,mom doing the 21 day challenge. I failed one day by doing only 1 hour. Today on day 14, I even did m2 hours, then came home to 3 dogs who kept bugging me, I knew why, calm day, they needed a walk…
