My hubby does. He starts at 7am finish’s at 5pm no smoko’s and hardly ever has a lunch break. His breaks are when he makes a coffee or heats up his lunch in the microwave...and most of this companies workers have the same deal. All over Australia. The big wigs put their staff on salary. This is their way if getting the most out of their employees. They haven’t had a pay rise in 5 years. He’s been with this company for over 25 years. In the beginning, the workers were treated well...not since it sold but...the CEO is well looked after and the brown nosers under him. He and the other workers pretty much work 1 day for free!
