I am writing the birth details of my son who is working in US. DOB:-12 April, 1982/09:20 AM/Delhi. He is divorced in 2017 . He has one daughter with joint legal custody but physical custody is with mother. Right now her ex- wife stopped father to spend time with her daughter as per court order. Now the case is again in court for full custody of child. Father and mother both want full custody. I will feel obliged if you can predict which way it will go. Whether my son will get child full custody or it will to the mother. You can use his details in your class for study purposes with some some confidentiality. 1. trishadaya Lord moon in 7th house of marriage, 7th house lord mars debilitated in virgo, saturn's 3rd aspect on 7th house all indicate towards problems in marriage.
2. trishadaya lord venus dasha and antardasha during 2015 to january 2018 must have given good career results but caused problems in personal life. perhaps problems started in 2015?
3. saturn 3rd aspect got activated during 1st half of 2017, second half was trishadaya lord mercury pratyantardasha. in which month was the divorce finalised?
4. 7th lord in 5th house (mars) indicates child going to the spouse. as a general rule.
5. 12th house of loss lord mars in the house of children, 5th house. but 12th house is being utilized by being in foreign land, so this shouldnt affect the decision.
6. Did your son relocate to US between september 2020 to november 2021? And is this the period when he experienced loss of his son to the spouse?
7. child's chart would be able to tell about result of custody battle between parents.
8. Did your son marry early? was his wife a classmate? was adultery involved? is she very secretive etc?
9. In general the problems are being caused by trishadaya Lord Venus. a> chanting Om Shung Shukraay Namah 108 times after sunset everyday b> Worshipping Goddess Durga + chanting argala strotra daily c> donating ghee in the temple on fridays are remedies for Venus.
10. 5th house lord is mercury. Worshipping Lord Krishna and Feeding green fodder to cows would give good results for mercury. I suggest for him to start chanting hare krishna mahamantra. it would help him in life in general, and with moon and mercury both, in particular.
PS: Venus doesnt like people who disrespect women. Request him to not badmouth his wife everywhere. He is currently under Rahu antardasha too, rahu doesnt like bad words either.

Apart from 1) problem related to first born child and 2) possible problems related to in laws and/or taxation/accounts your chart is slightly above average in my experience. You probably took time in getting financially stable but by now money shouldn't be a problem for you. Currently you're in jupiter ketu dasha , so you might be facing losses from siblings or documentation related things, or issues in heart/chest.

Mention how your relations are with in laws and siblings (with chachi/bhabhi)

2b) you can do a prayog of 21 hanuman chalisa daily for 21 days, with brahmacharya, and then repeat after a few months.
3) plant a bargad tree and look after it.
4) start chanting Hare Krishna Mahamantra daily and as much religious practice you would do, both Guru and ketu would give good results.

Hare Krishna Prabhu Ji. Destiny has many parts. The major parts are fixed and the minor parts are changeable. Karma is a force, it can be counteracted by applying force from the opposite side. You were born in india, in a brahmin family, to certain parents, in a genetic lineage. These things cant be changed. But, if your chart indicates you are prone to anger, you can employ techniques to reduce that anger, which would help your social status, blood pressure, overall health etc, so even if your destiny had problems in these areas in your life, you would be able to counteract that destiny.
i suggest chanting God's name for atleast an hour daily. You can try the Hare Krishna Mahamantra. Do post if you would appreciate further information.

Blue sapphire is not advised because definitely it will be going to boost your career, but it is conjunct with moon the 12th lord. 12th lord being impressionable lord in conjunction with 6th and 7th becomes bad. Therefore, Saturn for career is good. But for health you need to take care. Best time for you to settle abroad or far away from birthplace. If you are already away from the birthplace. Saturn Dasha will be miraculously good.

Sun as 9th lord of Bhagya/ fortune is good in this case as it is friend of lagnesh , trikone lord and is conjunct lagnesh jupiter hence forming Kendra trikone yoga in 3rd house. Also sun the 9th lord bhagyesh is conjunct 10 lord of karma Mer + 11th lord of fulfillment of desires Venus and Lagnesh jupiter. Also sun is conjunct 6th & 11th upchaya lord Venus placed in another upchaya house I.e 3rd house. So bhagyesh is linked to upchaya lord of 6th & 11th house along with lagnesh. It will be good for material growth or gains as 3rd and 11th lord are also lord of kama trikone.
But yes you are right just because it is 9th lord it should not be considered good. Rahul sir has not explained this, I do not know why?
