    St Thomas airport sounds like a dream compared to Aruba

    I recently dealt with the same issue with airport delays because of stupid TSA at St.Croix which is a sister island. Our flight was leaving at 7:30pm but apparently TSA agents go home at 5:30pm even if flights are still going out so we had to rebook our flights even though we were early! So frustrating because the staff was so rude and nonchalant and walked right by us to get to their cars. I will not be going back to the USVI for a looong time.

      OMG! That’s even crazier!!! Ughh that’s so horrible!! That information should be on the airlines websites when booking flights “hey sorry employees are off at 5:30pm so book another flight” lol or not even offer flights after they are off!!! So crazy! Ya I’m right there with you I won’t be going back any time soon

    Their website says within five days of departure have a negative test

      Hi there! Yes they say 5 days which is great! We decided to do it as close to the trip as possible within those 5 days to be safe as our trip to Puerto Rico earlier this year required was way stricter, to make sure the test was as recent as possible. So we stuck to the same process getting it done 72 hours before our flight.🤗 Thanks soooo much for watching!

      @@sistersistertv thanks, yeah 5 days is much better. I went to Istanbul a few months ago and it had to be done with 48 hours lol was crazy. Hey how much your rental car per day?

    • @sistersistertv
      @sistersistertv  Před 3 lety

      @@mikes.9425 wow 48 hours? And we thought PR was strict! That’s crazy! Our rental through dollar was about $125 a day. Pretty pricey but we had no other options since everyone decided to visit the island at the same time as us lol
