  • Ingredients :
    -2 hot peppers 🌶
    - small red or green pepper
    - 1 medium tomato 🍅
    - 2 large cloves of garlic (minced)
    - 1 spoon of tomato sauce
    - The spices ( 1/4 teaspoon of cumin- 1/2 spoon of paprika- 1/2 tea spoon of sugar-1/2 spoon of coriander- a few drops of vinegar- a pinch of cinnamon)
    - Add in a hot pan olive oil and butter 🧈 " you can add only oil or butter as you like" then add the minced garlic and peppers cook until fragrant then add the tomato sauce and tomato 🍅 then add the spices let them cooked about 5 minutes then you can eat it without eggs😋 it's delicious with cheese and boild eggs or you can add to them eggs and cook them🥚 then eat it 😋 ❤ also you can add to them mozzarella chees 🧀😋
