When the mica powder splats dry are they prematurely fixed to the paper ?
Hi Louise, thank you for your question! If the micas are mixed with water and put onto your card they aren't permanent. We recommend using an embossing pen and sprinkling the mica over, this will allow it stick. I hope this helps. Noni, Lavinia Stamps

You wouldn't stamp over the mica powder, would you? I imagine it wouldn't be easy. Beautiful galaxy background.

The cheapest way is to use cheap hairspray, not the expensive type as they have conditioners in them. Hope this helps
