This arrangement of "The Battle Hymn Of The Republic"
is performed by four high school choirs, plus a little kid's
choir of elementary school children.
I found the arrangement deeply moving. The little kids get
the first verse
to themselves,then the high schoolers join in. A small band
accompanies the choir.
The soundtrack is taken from a video made by one of the
performing students father.

What a beautiful rendition of God and Country. The arrangement brings tears to the eye and a reminder that their is still something wonderful about this country.
It is nice to hear by children.The Americans helped us to govern by ourselves. This song and the Americans love it and named it "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" KKK means Kataastaasang Kagalanggalangang Katipunan ng mga Anak ng Bayan or it is a group of people who fought for freedom from the spaniards. USA did help us, and we're glad of it.I am a Filipino and I'm proud to be one. No one can criticize my country. If we did that to you, you would feel the same.GOD BLESS PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE ME!!!

Regardless of one's political stances and their beliefs about the country and its direction, we are ALL Americans. Therefore, we should all take our time to remember all of the wonderful opportunities we have, the freedoms we cherish and the places and ideas we hold dear. America has its faults, as does any oter nation, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't stand up and be proud of our colors. God Bless America.

Where are these kids from? They should do a program consisting entirely of patriotic songs...a concert tribute to our troops! Then record it for sale on DVDs and CD's and the proceeds go to charity.

@meryll101 it did happen, we learned about in in history class. The filipinos were angry at the americans for staying and they revolted. The US responded with overwhelming force and rounded up filipinos and put them into concentration camps

@nihongakusee2004 This song was written before the Civil War by abolitionist Julia Ward Howe. It is mostly about the evil of slavery, and being willing to die to end slavery. Abolitionist Christians, at the time, believed this to be a righteous cause. Perhaps you disagree and would prefer that human beings could still be bought and sold like cattle in the USA today.

I wish the truth could be made crystal clear for people like you tad. I know you mean well,: I too wish I could be proud of the U.S., but this country has done too many rotten things to too many other nations - it's fact. Do your research, and see why the world hates us so. It's ridiculous to use Saddam as a justification for all the Iraqi civilians US soldiers have killed. I know several Iraqi vets personally, and they attest to this very thing. So again - do your research - with an open mind.
