Als Nutzer der ersten Generation kann ich hinzufügen, dass im 6.Gang beim eintreten in den Drehzahlbegrenzer der Tacho bei 345km/h stand. Nach den damaligen Messmethoden waren das echte 311km/h.
Hatte eine gedrosselte Gen 1, aus 2003, die ging 296 gps
During break-in was the fuel economy bad? I only have 69km on the odometer and it's estimating I am getting only 10.4km to the liter.
I am following Suzuki's break-in recommendation so I haven't intentionally had the revs beyond 5.5k.
put a full exhaust, remap the central and the results will be fantastic
0-100 ist still fantastic :) 0-200 and 1/4 will be little bit better, and topspeed :)
If i remember right, the first models of Hayabusa did over 300 kmh. They were not limited to 299!?
Right, but I would like to test if they really could go faster than 300

My stock gen1 2006 did 296 on a standing mile (10hz gps). Is gen2 actually faster to speed governor than this gen3? as stock ofc

Es war noch keine Vmax, du musstest bei der Kurve bremsen. 299 bzw. 300-302kmh (GPS) ist mit 3Gen. stock problemlos möglich! Gruß.

@@MotoMika Nein, bei 299kmh und die Kollegen vom AutoBild haben mit GPS 301kmh (Stock) geschaft. Ich selber habe 2x probiert (Stock) und hatte 297 und 298 geschaft, musste aber auch vorzeitig bremsen + die Reifen waren schon abgefahren, was GPS-Tempo verringert. Tacho war bei 300 dabei. Gruß.
@@duetschla ich habe es mehrmals probiert, und es ging fast jedes Mal auf genau 295 per GPS. Kann sein dass es leichte Schwankungen in der Begrenzung gibt.
Dann scheint deine ne andere Software zu haben bei 295 gps ist bei mir schluss! Die busa verliert bei der drehzahl gut Leistung. Schau dir diverse Messungen auf Prüfständen an.
@@achraf9946 Ich glaube nicht, dass ich andere Software habe. Vielleicht liegt es an meinem Gewicht von 70kg? Aber wenn sie abgeregelt ist, dass sollte mein Gewicht egal sein, nur eventuell die Beschleinigung konnte besser sein. Suche mal bitte bei Google folgendes Artikel: "Schafft man auf der Suzuki Hayabusa den Höllenritt mit Tempo 300? vom Autobild. Hier testen die Redaktoren Vmax. bei Hayabusa stock.
Sonst ist es aber egal, ob 295 oder 300. Ich grüsse Euch und wünsche viel Spaß bei Hayabusafahrten!

ab 270 werden irgendwie alle 1000 ccm + bikes schlapp... da gibts dann harte Rennen mit den gechipten AMGs und M4s :P Und da ist die 1000er BMW meilenweit der Hayabusa und der 10er Ninja voraus :P

Só nesse lugar pra nadar assim,numa autobam na pista reta da Alemanha,350 km hora,aí Bugalt carro anda 430 km. GPS my arse...still close to dash indicator ~5km max apart. There is no accuracy in those "gps cameras"..it takes alot more to achieve real 300km. Take away ~15-20km from dash indicators to be close to real speed. 11.400 real ecu rpm (from 10.800 stock first unrestricted busa that is geared higher than gen3) tops at 299km/h real gps speed in 5th, almost 330 on dash.
@@scorpionreptyle the Gopro GPS is very accurate. Just about +-1kph tolerance.
@@MotoMika oh yeah ? Thats why i get more than dash starting with 4th gear on zx14 -stock gearing , and a boring A5 3.0tdi 245hp get 200 in the same 4th.? I opted for insta360 instead, thinking of be better, but it is a fkn slow,even to keep up with speed increase. Dashboard or those “gps” camera are within 2% differences.
Who needs LSR spaces ? Why to rehaul potent engines,why turbo, why 400hp to get 200mph? Any 180hp bike and a few hundreds meters are enough to see that and over in a freaking overlayed GPS speed video
Dont take it as a offense, i am a hayabusa addicted since 2007, when i got my 99, mod it, work on it and make it pull like i needed. But i tell you, it take alot more to go even on 300km/h. I did enough tests with that unrestricted busa with 190/55 taller tyre, 11.400rpms from 10.800 stock, that could touch 330+ in 5th based on dashboard, but in reality, on a gps that works with at least 10 locked sattelites, 5th geared picked up 300km/h , maybe 2-3 more with rpm limiter stabilized. In a comparison, zx12r A1 (first factory unrestricted) with one step taller tyre 190/55, on rev limiter in 5th, touched 289km/h . Belive me it is an insane speed living on the bike those moments. There is no liter bike that could go farther than top 4th gear on my old bike, 2016 s1000rr ecu tuned was the last overruned before i involved her in an accident, and took zx14

the new one is electronically restricted in topspeed. I doupt that old Hayabusa is faster from 0-100
Calm down buddy. The new busa is about as fast as emissions would allow it. Plus its electronically limited
