Tough end to a nice Jeep that thought it survived. May you rest in piece in your lobotomised new world, rare color and all.
Okay Dennis...Try and keep it as stock looking as possible, anybody can slap big rims and rubber bands for tires on. Make it like AMC would have made it....I look forward to the build.
Please don't put big ugly ghetto rims 😵
can't wait to see the results
now a Hellcat Studebaker would impress me
First 4x4 I drove was one of these in yellow back in 1978. A co-worker let me take it home in the snow and I was hooked. I later purchased a 1979 Toyota pickup( 1st year out.) I can’t wait to see this when it’s finished.👍🏻👍🏻
Agree this vehicle should have been left alone.
Totally agree. One in that condition should be left stock. Not to mention the Hellcat motor is just going to overpower the damn thing unless they well, completely change the vehicle at which point it may as well have been just about anything. Cool project I guess but not necessarily one I would pull off. There's a Hellcat Prowler around Y.T. Now that's a cool mod for such a car.
@@ms3er396 really I'd like to see that Hellcat Prowler better yet I'd like to go for a ride in it
@@michaelstrangefranke7002 guy close to me does prowler hemi conversions
@@laserfalcon that's got to be one HELL of a challenge (pun intended) to get that big motor in that little compartment
@@michaelstrangefranke7002 from what he told me, had to change few things, said had to beef up alot and drive train was the weak point, should of been designed that way to begin with
For a Jeep no one really gave a second look at back in the day it looks pretty damn cool in 2019!
WeThePeople HaveSpoken with that HellCat engine they won,t get a second look.
@@lilorbielilorbie2496 LOL Thats awesome. And you aren't kidding can't wait to see that build finished. Its going to badass!
What a gorgeous example. So nice to see that people out there care about these things. I wouldn’t wanna touch that, it’s damn near factory fresh. Just a nice Sunday driver
Very clean example of a classic Wagoneer.
HELL YEAH BROTHER! oh wait err wrong channel..but still hell yeah brother! Thats gonna be a bad ass build!
My Aunt used to have a navy blue one.
That one is Super Clean!
Subscribed!
Great looking wagon I wouldn't fool with it... it's show condition...
He clearly knows what a good decision is
Agreed....And Is that Cuomo in your profile pic? LMAO Good ol' Fredo
In my opinion they should have just found a high mile one with a nice exterior and change out all the worn out bits along with the drive train, a shame to waste something fully stock with low milage, but that's just me.
I would of said a junk yard one or one on craigslist that someone is gonna scrap I'd love to have something this clean as it is for a swap the shell is really all you need most of the rest can be added or swapped from a donor so why molest a decent one
I'm not a big fan of these trucks but damn it's in great condition! Wow!
czcams.com/video/ooePMTz9Wno/video.html he says why
@@biohazard592 he wants it to look stock and I get that but he could still restore a dead one instead of one that is perfect and looks that good .
It looks so good!!!
I bought one of these in SD 10 years ago for $600. Typical condition, green, 360 2 bl. No rust. Best snow car I've ever owned. 9 mpg. Ended up trading it for a washer and dryer.
Can't wait🤗
That is the most beautiful Jeep I have ever seen.
that jeep is in very good condition can't wait to see it finished
That's really sweet, can't wait to see the finished product.
Dam your knowledge of jeeps is incredible
its good to have some positive ... in these
negative times...thank you from Norway
Can't wait to see this done. Really underrated jeep.
Omg Omg Omg Omg I love the concept behind this build
I can’t wait to see it done those vehicles are just awesome I’m glad to see that your shops doing it
Remember being in one in Australia back in the 80’s thinking that it was cool back then
My dad had one of those with the 360 4x4 it was amazing
I still miss it
Can't wait to see it finished Dennis!
I've had two of them. A green 1981 wagoneer, and a white 1984 grand wagoneer. Loved both of them and want another.
Cant wait to see this build
Love these old Grand Wagoneers. Love the style, the size the shape, they're spacious. Just severe lack on the power, so it's nice to see a pristine one that won't be slow as gear oil in January
Looking forward to this one
Awesome! Good project and can’t wait to see it completed.
The most iconic suv from my childhood, my dad had 2 an older brown one and that blue color you talked about. Love it!
I love wagoneers, the front end is just so well put together, it looks so good.
Gonna be stellar
WOW...…. what a find... looking forward to the build
Excited to see this
That is the best build in a long time, awesome!!!!
Man thats one beautiful look Jeep Wagoneer.
Love it!! I'm glad these trucks are coming back
Fantastic! This is going to be good.
Can't wait to see this beast in action
Glad to see you with your own videos. We all know, between you and Richard, you're the smart one. Share that on Fast & Loud.
Hell yes!!!! You got me now!!
Cant wait to follow this journey :)
I live literally around the corner from the CB shop, and its always a treat seeing what vehicles they have out front when I drive by. Looking forward to this build for sure!
Yeah Dennis! Do it up!!!
Awsome cant wait!
That’s a beauty right there!
Best vehicle jeep ever made. Imo. I might be biased.
Awesome brother beautiful wagoneer ride like a caddy shes gonna be sweet cant wait keep up the awesome work brother
This is gonna be sick.
I love the Spinnaker Blue so much!
This is amazing..... I can't wait to see the email finish product
This thing is going to be amazing..
As a life long jeep owner , that would be great video to watch .
this is gonna be epic!
Lookin forward to seeing it finished
:/ Should find a donor that needs a restoration. This is one looks mint and should be left alone!
agree
A man does want a man wants to do
Lesson of life
Butt its not urs and clearly he knows how to make money... Lil guy
@@tre9563 Very true. And seeing the end results I retract my initial statement. While I do think something that was so pristine could have remained intact due to overall value as it aged, the hellcat build is freakin awesome! Looks like so much fun!
CANT WAIT!
The Holy Grail of Wagoneer's!
Love that Wag, great color. I have a 66 Wag - 327 V8 that needs paint. Now you made me think lol. Thanks for keeping these jeeps living!
That's going to be a cool build!
Very excited to see this done. Awesome project Dennis
Dennis needs his own show .
Mr. Collins, I can't wait to see how the "HellWagon" turns out. I know with your great vision, expertise and quality mechanics, that it's gonna be one heck of a ride! Looking forward to upcoming videos!
Can't wait!!!!!!
My new favorite channel
thats a beautiful wagoneer !!
5.7 hemi would have been just fine, but who likes fine? Awesome man
My uncle, had a brown one way back when. Always liked them. Too nice to restomod. I get it it's an easier way making it all come together. regardless, I wouldn't turn down a chance to drive it after the Hellcat is installed.
I had an '83 model from Michigan. Looked great, I rebuilt the 360 & drove it from Oscoda, MI to Hot Springs, AR(home). Put it on a lift to repair the 4wd vac lines & was able to pull chunks of the frame off with my hands. Lost project.
Looks like an awesome build can’t wait too see it 🧐👍🏻
Awesome so cool!
That is nice, can't wait to see what you do to it..
Sweet ride Dennis! Looking forward to the hellcat conversion.👍
Wow that is one cherry Wagoneer stock and gorgeous and when you're done it's going to be one hell Wagoneer
Damn that’s clean
Oooo weee that interior is sweet
Good stuff Dennis. Love the Wagoners.
I love that you are going to do tastful updates on this awesome FSW. I pushed a brown '83 Grand Wagoneer all through college in the late 1990s and thought I was a f'n mac.
Must admit, sounds like a killer idea for a build.
Thank you for the videos. This is one of my dreams coming true in real life. Makes me happy to see such a awesome thing.
Man love those wagons ,and that color is awesome I can’t wait
Awesome !
Good pick for the Hellcat build
Looks like it just rolled off the factory floor, amazing stuff!
Screw the haters, perfect vehicle to put a Hellcat drivetrain in.. It will be a beautiful beast. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.
Good find Dennis!
My friend's grandparents had a red grand Wagoneer, got rid of it after they passed, don't think he knew it was a rare color. I always like the deepness of the red on the Wagoneers. Should do it on a typical color, but I can also see the rareness of the 4b Red hellcat build, rare color, rare and one of a kind build.
Love this! Subscribed!
It's beautiful
dennis! love the fact that you stay this busy! keep on keepin on!
You the man Dennis great guy.
Gonna be bad ass !!
Can’t wait to do this to a new one
It will be amazing
I always got the vibe this dude has sugar in his tank
I really like this color. I’ve wanted one of these for a long time.
Thats gona be some jeep. 👍
Holy grail!!!
