How are offers given to athletes from D3 college coaches? Same as other schools? Do players commit even though no athletic scholarships are involved?

Yep coaches will offer just the same as other schools, but it will just be a roster spot rather than a scholarship. Players definitely commit and roster spots are still tough to come by, even without athletic scholarships. The biggest difference is D3 athletes don't sign a National Letter of Intent.
