What research is the most crucial to max out?
depends on your goals. I'f you are going for military power then go for max whatever your main unit type your army is made of. If you want to increase your resource output invest in that and gathering speed. You kind of get everything after a while.

How can I set the time for at server for ruins
you can set a reminder for your alliance if you got the rights to publish board messages but idk what you mean here by "at server"
What is the best troops to send for gathering resources? Are they more efficient?
afaik all troops are the samem when it comes to gathering resources. Just send as many as you can.
