Ren killed it on so many levels. I especially loved the "beef" bars, planet earth/david A. bars and Of mice and men bars. Also (and this is very much not my knowledge but picked up directly from comments elsewhere); ''Something most people won't realize is important are the flowers Ren's holding. There is an entire dictionary of meaning in flowers. In this case, he held chrysanthemums--which represent death--ferns--which represent sorrow--and olive branches--which represent peace. The Victorians would have read that as a message... essentially: "I feel sorrow for your death, but/and I wish for Peace." Our Boy told us his message before he spoke a word.' Talk about playing the game for all it's worth and, hey, that's a fair fan-base.

I loved this. I like your perspective and your energy. Look forward to more. Since finding Ren last March, I’ve had a hard listening to anything else. I’m 67, music has carried me through all of my life. None of the old stuff works anymore. I was in the David Bowie fan club, in the Sex Pistols movie, hung out w Iggy, and a million more mind blowing events. I quit community college to go to a Robert Gordon concert two states away.
But, finding Rens music was life changing. I go thru life feeling lighter, brighter, more loving, more present in the moment. Ren has lifted his friends careers too. And Chinchilla, Romaine Axisa, Sam Tompkins… they are all refreshing and doing new things that are great. Worth your time to listen to.
I do go on don’t I. 😆.
