The immunity filing- actually signed documents that support why Woody was given immunity is missing. IT was sealed! WTF 😳 why was it sealed? YOU cannot seal it away from the defense because it supports the reason why Woody was given immunity. Defense has asked for It now for over a month! Still don’t have it.

Even Mrs. Love has been admonished already by her and just personally knowing the judge from awhile back before she was a judge, she’s tough and can hold her own. I am a 73 yearold career electrician. No legal training. I was a juror in my thirties - positive experience. Watched most of the Darrel Brooks trial and a lot of this YSL trial. I really feel sorry for the jury. There needs to be a maximum time they are forced to serve on garbage pay. The last time I was on a jury, it paid 12 dollars a day. It wasn't very long ago. A trial this long could destroy me financially if I were on this jury.

The whole vibe of the courtroom is different with Judge Whitaker. Even Mrs. Love has been admonished already by her and just personally knowing the judge from awhile back before she was a judge, she’s tough and can hold her own. I think she does the right thing and declares a mistrial. Shardt made a very compelling argument yesterday.

This is definitely a real life movie. A whole fictional mini series or episode drama can be written off of this trial as an inspiration. I'd personally like to see it. Someone could probably write a 3 season TV show based on this trial and the various people that have been introduced. You could change the race and gender of the main characters and it would still be a hit. And then there are so many side stories and layers of the jury, the defense team, the crooked DAs office, the court reporter. So many main and minor characters.
Sadly, many of these arrangements reflect economic entrenched interests. I say entrenched as you have to dig out and the expose what's going on.

While I hate to see potential murderers walk free, this case should be dismissed with prejudice. The prosecution is as guilty of bias and gross incompetence as Glanville.
All Fanni Willis prosecuted cases need to be thoroughly reviewed for prosecutorial and judicial misconduct immediately.

I am a 73 yearold career electrician. No legal training. I was a juror in my thirties - positive experience. Watched most of the Darrel Brooks trial and a lot of this YSL trial. Can you imagine having a case pending in this court with this prosecution and judge Glanville? I appreciate that everyone is entitled to due process but DUH! Shouldn’t they be disbarred?
