Fredbears family diner
Fnaf 2 and fnaf 4 happened at roughly the same time depending if that was the bite of 87 or not.
Sister location happened sometime between fnaf 1 and 2 because both games mention a sister location
Fnaf silver eyes. The book takes place roughly 10 years after the missing kids incident

I feel like the fact that Afton is British completely undermines the dream theory. We can deduce from this that the games probably take place in London, hence the grandfather clock being Big Ben.
