    Wooden houses cannot have terraces due to water weight and leakage concerns, no compounds or walls ,front door are off weak materials, glass or fitted with simple locks , windows also similarly weak and no grills making it convenient to break in ,,plus a fire escape if everything else fails

    • @SabBadhiyaHai

      That’s correct 😊

    • @hridaykeni7065
      @hridaykeni7065 Před 3 lety +27

      That is not accurate. Houses built of wood can have terrace (called a deck in US). Water leakage is not an issue because there are rules for water drainage and sloping as well as water proofing. Also, it is incorrect that the material I. Doors and windows are weak. They are designed for safety in mind. Like anything, you can find houses that are cheaply built and houses that have expensive material. Also most material used is rated for fire, which means they do not readily burn in case of fire. Final point is that the most places in US do not have much crime and therefore do not need to have mechanical protection like grills and metal bars. Differences in building materials apart, what really sets US and India apart is the adherence to building codes and standards. In US regardless of what material you use to build, unless you can pass a very thorough and in-depth inspection by the local authorities, you cannot get occupancy permit. Also, there is very little corruption in that process.

      Depends on locality..., Population is very less there and the country is big..,You don't see people the way they are in India...,I heard if you want to rent or buy good home where many people live in good area then you will have to pay more and it will be very costly..,so generally indians who go there usually buy or rent home far from the main city or in a locality where expenses will be less.....,Amrica is definitely a wonderful place if we were born Americans..,for the outsiders it will be difficult to manage there after few years..

    Wood wall construction me konsa materia aur kaise use karte hai

    • @SabBadhiyaHai
      @SabBadhiyaHai  Před 4 lety +4

      Wood is generally classified as hardwood and softwood. Hardwood is typically heavier and denser than softwood and is usually utilised for construction of walls, ceilings and floors. The highest possible grade of hardwood contains 83% usable material on one face and is suitable for high-quality furnishings, solid wood mouldings and interior joinery.
      Softwoods are generally used to make more of the inner structures to the frame of hardwoods, such as doors and window frames. It is also used to produce furniture.
      Sometimes they also use bricks to support the structure but still the interiors are still wood.
