- The 30-yard lobbed header that Gustavo Hamer beat me with when Watford played Coventry the night before in the Championship is the talk of the ride as I go out around Warwickshire with my mate Tom. He asks me if it compares to that one where Paul Robinson lobbed me when we played Tottenham. Unbelievable, huh! He just had the hump because he said I was late. đ
There is a Garmin giveaway, talk of Fireworks night, tubeless tyres and much more in this video.

Best cafe stop definitely G!RO in Esher, staff are super friendly, awesome drinks and scrumptious food. On top of all that they do an amazing job supporting people who are new to cycling.

Chedworth Farm Shop, Gloucestershire. Absolute beauty, great coffee, amazing cakes and most importantly a great ride out and back through awesome Cotswold countryside. Ideal.
Cinnamon Cafe in Windsor. Coffee, cake, castle. Canât go wrong
I think it's so sick that this footballer is just vibin on a bike. Loving it
Got to be Tatton Perk next to Tatton Park in Cheshire. Owners kitted out an old Peugeot camper van into a full barista shack on wheels and opened just before the first lockdown. Still going strong because the man makes a mean flat white! Show him some love when you're in the area next time!
Favourite coffee stop is The Velo Barn, Pilgrims Way. After a slog up Toys and Ide Hill, there's nothing better than a rich mocha, slice of luxury chocolate cake and beautiful Kent view to get you home.
I ride around Dartmoor a lot, there's a little cafe in Prince Town - Fox Tor Cafe. Lovely cream tea as a mid ride snack!
The hills there are bloody killers. Good place for riding
Itâs more being with my mates than where we stop but tbf anywhere will do
đBenđ
The squeaky wheel,best coffee â around !!
221B in Framlingham, Suffolk... beautiful historic town with a stunning castle and quaint market square, just down the hill is 221B Cafe, all the bread & cakes etc are made on the premises so not only bakery prices but also very fresh (win win) coffee is great but you could also enjoy a beer/cider in the summer (eat in or al fresco)...staff are so welcoming, I'm also lucky enough to be able to reserve my choice of cake before I arrive so it's waiting for me in a box đ
A new subscriber and absolutely love the content Ben, keep up the great work đđŒ
The Barn @ Scorton lovely mate đđđŒđŽ âïž đ°
The Cinnamon cafe in Windsor. Those cinnamon buns and coffee after a cheeky ride make every bit of effort worth it!
Absolutely killing the CZcams game at the moment. What an absolute geezer Ben Foster is!
You wonât know it because itâs here in Ireland but the coffee shop in Oldbridge House near Drogheda, Co.Louth is super. We stop at it a lot when Iâm out with the lads. It is entirely possible to leave having consumed more calories than youâve cycled however, which of course is half the fun, right? Well done on the channel - our entire family watched it together and itâs great fun. I think your future as a tv presenter is a certainty. Well done. Your happiness and enthusiasm is infectious.
Gilmours Coffee Shop in Sheffield is the one. Great people and the perfect stop on the outskirts of town after a thrashing in the Peak District!!
COME ON THE LADS!
Got to be "Look Mum No Hands" on Old Street in London, solid latte after racing through the city đŽââïž
My Peleton only gets me as far as the kitchen at home Iâm afraid so donât worry about the Garmin for me, just wanted to drop another comment to share the â€ïž & support for you and the channel. đ
You are a ledge Tommyđ€Ł
@@thecyclinggk no more of a legend than you! Great to see you get that 100k plaque as well. Hopefully be back at the Vic in 2021 and got some interesting content plans for next year that Iâm trying to get the club on board with as well. Hopefully paths may cross. Shout at Kiko at least once for me next match.
There's a little cafe in my city called Nat's. There's nothing fancy about the coffee or food, but I've had plenty of good times with friends there, so it'll always be a special place to me. Memories are what make these places special, in my opinion.
Love the content, keep it up!
Love the feeling in the legs when your going uphill! Best stop has got to be the Cinnamon Cafe Windsor. Lovely coffee with the castle in viewđđŒ
No one:
Absolutely no one:
Ben: C'mon the lads!
Rusty bike up in North Yorkshire đđ
Stir Crazy Cafe in the Northside
This vid and many others expire me to get out more and enjoy the outside more and your a beast in goal hope Watford get back in the prem
Spoke cafe in Codicote, Hertfordshire. Superb coffee, the best toasties I have had since childhood, big TV to show the Giro etc, and a workshop right there in the cafe with friendly staff who love their bikes. Add that to a location in a rural barn WITH A REAL FIRE!!!! As the icing on the cake, a great newsletter emailed round to keep the spirits up during Lockdown 2. (oh yes: and Belgian beers)
Another brilliant video. Did Coast to Coast a few years back (when I was ten), raising money for Meningitis Now. Amazing ride to do and for me, the best place to replenish mid-ride has to be the Hartside Cafe near Alston, Cumbria. Roaring fire, great chocolate cake (second helping given for free!) and fiery ginger beer at the top of the long climb. After going from pretty much 0 to 1903ft in one day on a kid's bike, it really was a very welcome break!! Keep up the great videos :)
Get yourself to the âYe Jolly Crofterâ in Horwich, Bolton naughty brew break after the pike
Canât wait to see the hornets back up to the big leaguesđđ
Love stepping of the trainer in France, entering the kitchen in the UK and getting a little taste of Italy. Bellissimo!
âTimber wolfâ coffee shop in Crosby Liverpool.. what a coffee shop, local coffee shop owned by a couple of legends. Best Nutella cake going for a pit stop just down the road by the sea on a crisp Sunday morning.. nothing better đđŒ

Bear coffee shop iron gate, derby is the best coffee shop Iâve ever been
Lanercost Tea Room, can never seem to ride past this place without stopping whenever pedal from Carlisle back to Newcastle. The Coffee and Cakes are to die for, plus there's some pretty cool scenery with the Priory in the backdrop. Great rides are complete with a great Coffee stop.
Great video Ben - grew up cycling to Walton Hall and Wellesbourne as a kid! Favourite cafe stop is Otterton Mill in Devon. Great for a break after rides around the coast.
Me and the big old man stop at ârusty bikesâ swainby. His Christmas would be sorted if I won this Ben mate
I'm actually so sad Watford are in the championship even though I'm a chelsea fan đđđ

I love the get a Cold brew in the summer from Starbucks
The Flash Bar Stores on the Buxton to Leek road has to be the most welcome in-ride cafe stop for me. Stopped there 3 or 4 times after going over the Cat & Fiddle from Macclesfield followed by the climb out of Buxton toward Leek. Excellent range of food, coffee & cakes, plus has a homely feel about it.
Either Tom's Cakes in St Ives or Cafe Nevil after tackling Nevil Holt.
Favourite cafe: has to be `The Frothâ in Lisburn Northern Ireland they do a lovely sandwich and panini for on the go
Fellow Lisburn-er!
Good video, some great views on that ride! My favorite caffeine fueling stop is Axium Coffee in Winter Garden, Florida
My favourite is Mercia in Wirksworth, apart from the fact that it is right at the bottom of a bloody steep hill which always brings on the possibility of me seeing the brilliant cake or sausage bap (or both , don't judge me) again on the way home. Always welcome to make a trip out this way for a cycle.
the cinnamon cafe, coffee, shortbread and a rest. a perfect cafe to stop at.
If itâs not Tom cakes getting a nice coffee and cake you got to be having a laugh
Loving the videos! My favourite coffee stop is Hucks on Grove Road, Walthamstow E17. Perfectly located for a road ride from Hackney up to Epping. Then let some tyre pressure out for some gravel/trails in Epping Forest. Perfect!
The Garage Bakehouse in Market Harborough. Lovely little treat after hitting either the long straight flats of Leicestershire or the hills in Northamptonshire. Itâs smack-bang in the middle of the two counties!
If Ben foster likes this comment he should he England number 1
Cmon you hornets
Ben still hasnât liked đ
@@darraghlyons2675 he canât admit that

I've been following Ben for years, starting to support West brom because of him, now like alot of people Watford have become their second team!
Blockley cafe. Heart of the Cotswolds with some awesome roads and scenery each side of the stop!
âLook Mum No Handsâ is the best cafe stop around near Old St in Central London. Best name for a cafe stop! They do a mean coffee, great cakes and a raffle during the Tour is great fun.

Hi Ben, my favourite stop mid ride is the route 1 cafe right on Deal (Kent) seafront overlooking the pier and beach. Nothing better than great coffee with beautiful views! Love the channel by the way
Iâm from the UK but now live in the states. My favorite coffee shop is hands down Bus Stop Espresso in Seattle, WA, USA. Itâs a small Spanish coffee shop, Ivâe been going there since I moved to the states when I was a young lad. The jamon panini and cappuccino is a winning combo after a long ride. Cheers mate!
Quote of the day âThatâs a big cow of fieldâ

best cafe is Zollenspieker FĂ€hrhaus in the best city ever Hamburg...................brillliant vids Ben.........
Green Olive - Menai bridge, Anglesey
Provided some much needed morale on a fair few freezing cold wet rides before getting back to the uni and getting some work done, plus the carrot cake is stunning đ
Eat n Mess in Sevenoaks. The treats are out of this world.....excellent coffee too. Always well deserved after a decent climb to get there
Only been cycling for a couple of weeks but my first ride we had a stop at The Old Mill Retreat Cafe on the river lea, we were out in the rain soaked head to toe but that coffee was worth it. Great channel đ
Jolly Nice outside Stroud, brilliant lanes and just before the cafe we have an insane climb then fast and flat all the way home đ
Absolutely love your videos, I like Fremington Quay cafe as a ride-in cafe. Stunning scenery â€ïžâ€ïž
Another great video! Favourite Cafe - Maglia Rosso
Brighstone stores, Isle of wight. Great vid Ben and loving your channel! You absolute beast of a cycling GKđȘ
Definitely The Dunham Barn Cafe at Dunham Massey, Altrincham... Outstanding coffee and cakes, much needed on winter rides đ°â
Wedges Bakery, Hockley Heath, Solihull. Savoury and sweet wrapped carb loaded delights, a nice strong coffee and a friendly smile. Well worth the extra miles to burn it all off.
You're the only professional soccer player that I know who also cycles
during his leisure. Legend! Greetings from Belgium!
My favorite stop is Crumbl - California, U.S. It's next to the city bike path and along the river, you can smell the scent of pastry in the air as you cross the bridge. On cold days I stop for a warm gourmet cookie, my fav is a warm churro cookie, and on hot summer days you can opt for some awesome ice cream. Or take your treats to the nearby park, hang out at the lake for awhile, and enjoy a short break in the sun before hitting the bike path again.
Hi Ben! My favourite in-ride cafe stop is just across the border in the Netherlands. It's a small cafe called "Hofzicht" in a tiny picturesque Dutch town. The town is in the midst of beautiful nature, it's amazing.
Love it. Claytons Corner cafe in Howsham is THE perfect distance away for me and my old man to stop at. Espresso + millionaire shortbread đđŒ
Can't beat a breakfast sandwich and coffee at the Cha Café in Cassiobury Park - WATFORD! Great video Ben, keep them coming please...
Hi Ben, I am your fan from Thailand. I really love the way you live your life.
Please keep making video of your life style like this.
Big fan and always support!!
Another great vid Ben, I have to say I'm seriously tempted to get into to cycling now that the gyms are closed again, my normal 2 wheel fix has a 700cc engine strapped to it!
I love stopping in the fish shack for a seafood chowder, warms you up after a winter ride by the sea!
Avon valley cafe great place for a ride and a coffee! Cheers Ben keep up the good work!

London Velo cafe for cyclists is the best.Ben you are amazing!! đŽđ»đŽđ»
The Barn - Turnville Frieth
Beautiful place to ride with amazing country lanes and the cafe does delicious coffee and insane burgers! The perfect lunch time stop.
Great vid - and oddly enough it was the ESPN article talking about you getting lobbed that also mentioned you had a CZcams channel. Probably the only reason I ever found it, so there's a silver lining for the lob if you ever needed one, really. Favorite cafe spot after a good 24 miler here in JACKSONVILLE, FL ( I can hear you saying "yee haw" in your mind when you read that) is Southern Grounds off Atlantic Blvd. I'm never ashamed to get my "froo-froo" mocha latte, complete with whip cream and choco drizzle, whilst still in my stinky kit. Keep up the hard work in the championship, Ben. Hope to see you all in the EPL again soon.
Perfect Blend in Berkeley or Black shed Slimbridge...Great videos Fozzy.!
Alanâs Coffee Van on the top of Old Winchester Hill. After pushing to the top a good coffee and carrot cake is a welcome reward.
Again nice video from the best cycling channel!
I'm belgian so my favourite cafe stop is in belgium near brussel but i prefer always at home or with friends to meet them during a ride.
Great video Ben, Fave cafe was Stan's Bike Shack at Partridge Green West Sussex but has had to close due to the lease ending so until they can find another location it is Edgcumbes Coffee roasters in Arundel. Amazing brownies and toasties with the best coffee roasted on site! Perfect after a ride along the South Downs.
