The problem is the ADAPTER! I saw one of these at a clients. I don't understand what it's for BUT it's not a real DVI to VGA adapter.. Look at the pins of the adapter's DVI side. The big flat pin should have 4 pins around it. Those are the analog pins used for VGA cables. It is MISSING. That is a DVI-D to VGA which makes NO sense. DVI pins C1,C2,C3,C4 are missing in that adapter.
@@TheRohel That's the problem. You can't use an adapter for an ANALOG signal (VGA) if your DVI port only works with DIGITAL signals (the port needs the 4 pins the guy above us is talking about for the adapter to work properly).
@@TheRealIceCreamSandwich I have seem Samsung monitors messing up with with signals when used a different source type than it had earlier. If I did a power cycling, and then connect the new source type, it has worked.

At 1:01 minute of the video you can see, it's a 25 pin female DVI-D port on the PC.

Luckily I never had this problem. Have you tried another Adapter?
If the DVI port on your GPU is not DVI-I it will not work on any machine because VGA is analog and DVI is not. DVI-I however is VGA compatible.
Bro i have the same problem do you have solution of this problem. If you have then pls tell me
Hi bro, look for a converter or adapter which having a circuit inside.
you need a dvi-i graphics card with a dvi-i to vga adapter because any dvi connector that isn't the "dvi-i" variant does not include the vga pins
SAME AS ME
