I don't appreciate the commentary on the instagram tour videos, "cause he isn't selling shit!!" every agent has to start somewhere... Tour videos may bring newer agents buyers/sellers. It may also bring YOU a buyer for your "$50M listing". The more content on your listing the better. Don't understand the hate.
OMG their comments about the "instagram agent" were so rude! Why would you put other agents down for sharing your listing? They need to get over themselves.
I loved the panel discussion but also the Instagram comment was a little “ouch”. Everyone has to start somewhere and there are a LOT of influencers with big money who relate to people/agents on Instagram or CZcams platform. I actually hosted a social media event at one of our luxury penthouse listings in Las Vegas for agents to come in, shoot some content, promote my listing, and post on their socials and tag us as the listing agent. As an agent with 27 years experience, the way real estate is sold has evolved over the years and social media is huge for selling anything. Overall a great panel discussion with some very inspiring ladies!
