Hi sir, mercury and sun in 8th house gives high education PhD level. Deep knowledge. It is true. I have seen many horoscopes with bhudhadithya yoga in 8th house, people did PG level degree. I also have same in kumbham, I don had money for paying fees at that time. Still I did BE and MBA both in regular in good institutions. But problem is, u will get education with breaks in between. Also some say it works well in Simmam, midhunam and kanni where both planet have good strength. But in aspect of education, even sun and mercury is not with full strength, it will give good education. It is not printing mistake. It is not exception rule. It is true. when we wrote horoscope one astrologer gave kumba(Aquarius) lagnam and other says meena (Pisces)using vakkiya panjangam,both wrote as mercury is not retrograde in kanni .but if I generate his horoscope using computer , his lagnam has changed to kumba(Aquarius), and at the same time mercury get retrograde in kanni .
1. what is his actual lagnam?
2. whether actually mercury is retrograded or not?
3. as you say, if mercury is in kanni it is exalted if it retrograde so it become neecha. because of that he had speech problem?

1)If the planet that gets exalted in the sign where a planet is debilitated is in a kendra from the Lagna or the Chandra-lagna
i.e Sun is debilitated in Libra and it exalted planet is Saturn ,if Saturn is in Kendra.
Is Neecha bhanga raja yoga occurs ?
2)If planet is Vargottama then it consider as exalted planet(found in some websites).Is it right.
If it is right,is Sun cancelled it debilitation due its uccha graha(mars) as Vargottama planet.
3)If Vargottama planed is in Debilitation i.e if mercury is debilitated both in birth chart and navamsa then is it consider as Uccha graha
4)If planet is 6 or 8 or 12 house selfplaced or uccha, but is in uccha or Uccha in Navamsa and what we can consider the planet
5)And planet is selfplaced or uccha in Birthchart and debilitated in Navamsa then what is consideration
