coach thanks for the video! always helps me a lot. I'm a QB at a flagfootball team in korea. What should I do when my hand sweats a lot? I always kind of lose my grip when i swing my arm really fast.

If you search up “first down training how to throw with sweaty hands” we have a few videos there that can help! Thank you for watching bro, i appreciate the support a ton

    Question for you coach:
I saw that in the escape drill, you change direction/slide to the side with your front foot first. I've always been told to slide with my back foot first so you can keep aiming at the target in case the rusher/blitz gets to you. Do you have an opinion about that?

Yes- we have made some content in the past on that. if you search up “first down training what foot should move first in the pocket” we should have a few videos there. It’s just more realistic and I’ve never seen one professional move with their back foot first and do that “kick step”. It’s because it takes you out of a throwing base. I honestly don’t even think about what foot to move first- if your weight is loaded on your back leg and you have a proper throwing base- which is key with pocket movement so you can throw from any platform- naturally the front foot moves first.

Again ... Carson City NV or Reno NV will bring you sold out events . Adults do this and kids at the Reno sports dome and the Carson Football league are always active. There are leagues every 15 minute drive it varies from tackle to 7v7 and 5v5 flag
